No stock, but take your money first by attractive pricing
On 22 November, ordered a Samsung S24 512GB Global version. Asked for local stock and delivery before ordering and promised confirmed for a 6-8 days delivery, plus 1-3 days of processing.
All are lies and fake promise. They take your money first no matter what. Issue a Royal Mail tracking in the next day, which means nothing, and they never dispatch to Royal Mail.
Upon chasing they give you lies after lies, from high demand to lost in transit, etc. then suggest alternative model (256 GB variant) etc. Dragging over 2 weeks and finally I had to pull the plug and ask for refund on 9 Dec.
Like many others said, they ask for bank details to process refund which is strange and absurb. I filed for chargeback claim from my bank and It finally took them six days to refund me on 15 Dec.
An absolute joke about this online company. Obviously they take your money first, then they try to source the product somewhere cheap around the world and if they can't find it, lie about lost parcel etc. and drag you on for ages.
Avoid at all cost. Lesson learned. I ended up bought some accessories (cases, protectors, etc.) which are useless now as I have switched to buying another brand.

Ipad pro still hasn't arrived
Update: it has now been a full 14 working days since I placed the order and still no sign of it even being shipped :(
Ordered an iPad pro with expected delivery time of 4-6 working days. I recieved shipping confirmation and tracking number. Checked after 7 days and royal mail say they have still not received the parcel. EGadgetsdeal are saying that due to high demand it 'estimates' dispatch will be next week (2 weeks after order placed). It is clear this company does not keep adequate stock and misrepresents delivery times to customers. I am left with little confidence that I will ever receive my item and concerned I have been scammed. For something that cost circa £800 I expect much better service to say the least and Im really hoping this isn't a costly mistake!

SCAM OUTFIT
I ordered a set of Sony wireless headphones that took three weeks to arrive. They were packaged with no instructions to use at all. Further, there was an issue with exposed metal/ plastic in one of the earcups which looked faulty.I emailed them to say I wanted a refund and to send me a return label . Instead all I got was a link to download a set of instructions which a didn't ask for. Further requests have been ignored,they clearly have no intention to give me back my money. I suspect the box had been previously opened and were in fact seconds.It may be masquerading as a legit company,but as others have written you will get no recourse if you want a refund Avoid egadgetsdeal at all costs

Ordered a smart watch
Ordered a smart watch. Then told they didn't have it so paid £30 extra for different model. Sent tracking number that said it had been shipped two weeks before I ordered it. How dodgy is that. Waited a few weeks and nothing. Asked for refund and they asked for my bank details, once again very dodgy. In the end I got my credit card company to refund me. Stear clear this company is not worth the trouble.

My new iPad mini
This was an excellent purchase. I bought the new iPad mini for more than £100 less than the normal price. It came one week after the purchase with Royal Mail, all as promised. It is made for the Chinese market so you have to hang on to your power lead. There won’t be a replacement if you lost it! Nevertheless all the poor reviews proved to be quite a bit off the mark. You have to be patient and also know that you are probably buying something designed for the Chinese market. Hence the price. I am very happy with my iPad mini so thank you to Egadgets Deals.

I’m delighted with the AirTags they supplied. I’ve docked one star as they didn’t arrive within the stated 6 working days. I messaged them and it was dispatched immediately and arrived shortly afterwards. So a slight hiccup but otherwise all good.

Placed my order then panicked based on some of the reviews as my tracking hadn't updated for 6 working days. Contacted them and within a few days my phone tracking was updated and delivered.

This is 100% a scam company. No replies to emails, my order has not been received despite having been placed 2 weeks ago.
Royal Mail tracking code provided does not exist on Royal Mail system.
Telephone number on website does not connect.
