So upset with my egg 3 bundle.

So upset with my egg 3 bundle.
Bought a package in april my son is 6 weeks old as of now. so i used the car seat about 10 times and the car seat has broken. It wont allow the stems to be removed without a screwdriver( not the best thing to be used around with a new born )
Anyway called egg/ uk baby centre sent videos and photos of the broken car seat (adapters appear stuck)
So they have sent out a bare car seat replacement without any inners in and was told to swap the old inners over to the new bare car seat that was sent! What an absolute nightmare! Dont know where to start regarding moving the inners from one car seat to the next! I called egg ukbabycentre. So now im told thats how they deal with customers and its good to learn to take the inners out! Absolutely disgusted by how customer care delt with me!

Why not just send a new car seat out with the inners in and ill send the old one back??

Foot muff terrible £85, bought this to match the Egg Z pram thinking I was getting good quality and fit for the pram. Its absolutely TERRIBLE!! The foot muff isn't even the same width of the seat, my daughter can't even fit her legs in it comfortably. There's no holding straps on the foot muff so when you fold the pram it flaps about. Waste of money and the pram isn't great either, it doesnt fold. They told me to send it back for repair but I dont have a spare pram so I can't do that without buying another pram.

Bought this to replace the Silver-cross Clic2 as found this flimsy when pushing, the egg is ever so slightly bigger, when folded, barely noticeable it does weigh more but still a very light pram. The egg is on another level it's a fantastic strong sturdy pram that you can take onto the flight with you. basket is small but good size for this style of pram and easy to access, I wish I had bought this first hands down the more superior pram. anyone looking for a take on board flight pram this is it.

Love my Egg3 in mink. Such a gorgeous pram. One of the heavier prams I tried but it felt so sturdy so I didn’t mind. Lovely to push, easy to use and we’re keeping it as our pug is going blind so we’re going to get the dog basket to go on it! Such a lovely product.

We love our EggZ stroller, it’s the best pushchair I’ve ever had!
So smooth to push, I use it daily and goes over any terrain with ease, folds down small with a click of a button. Very stylish and I get compliments on it every day!

Sought out some help from the company after a few issues with the retailer we originally purchased our Egg travel system from. Samantha was amazing help & liaised with our new stockist of the travel system to come to an arrangement above & beyond what we had expected. This is our second time purchasing an egg travel system ( first time being almost eight years ago) and i purchased again as I got on so well with the first system. Thank you! X

I bought the Egg Z travel pushchair about 8 months ago it’s the best pram I’ve ever had the accessories are amazing the pram bag hooks on to the pram so it isn’t falling down or hanging off the pram the footmuff is such an expensive material and really worth the money I have it in the colour MINK and it hardly shows up any dirt and is so easy to clean it folds great haven’t had a problem with it at all would definitely recommend it to anyone

Not impressed at all with the aftercare. The retailer we bought my daughter’s pram from has closed, so she’s been left to deal with egg direct. They’ve not answered her email requesting help as part of the frame has snapped. When they’ve finally been chased and she’s explained what’s happened, they’ve deigned to repair it. However, she’s been told she has to package it up and be without a pram until it’s fixed and returned. We bought her the pram and I wish she’d gone with icandy.

Once it was confirmed I was going to be a mum again I knew straight away that I wanted to be part of Egg family. Having purchased Egg2, EggZ and the swing chair I can confidently say that Egg products are truly outstanding. Egg2 is sturdy, smooth and stylish. Pushes effortlessly and glides, even on un level terrain and folds down easily with the one hand fold mechanism. EggZ is lightweight without sacrificing comfort, suitable from birth too. It folds compactly which is perfect for travel or everyday errands. Perfect if you’re short on boot space or storage in your home. Egg motion rocker is a game changer, it combines modern aesthetic with thoughtful features like speeds and motions, it also has a comfortable, supportive seat. It's easy to clean and can be used daily. My daughter is 17 months and still loves getting in it to watch tv. Her favourite was when it mimicked me rocking her back and forth. I always, always recommend Egg to any of my family who announce they are pregnant. Even when I’m in a local department store and see expectant mums looking at prams, I will promote Egg. I have no other words but to say thank you everyone at Egg for designing and bringing out excellent products. Georgia xx

I bought an egg 2 for my daughter 2 years ago and I was in love! I didn’t keep it because I didn’t think I would get pregnant again but currently pregnant with my second and we’ve ordered an egg 3. I knew I wanted another egg, no other brands compare!

I have had my egg 2 for just over 3 years now. I still use it for my toddler as he can get lazy when we are out and about. I use it daily to walk him to nursery too. It’s amazing and has done so well. It’s built perfectly to handle day to day use. If I was to have more children I’d 1000% be choosing an egg pram!

I’ve had my Egg Z for a few months now and I’m obsessed with it. So lightweight and convenient. The fold away feature is flawless everytime and my little one loves the seat. The expandable canopy and ventilation window are so well thought out. I know they’re one of the more expensive options on the market, but you do get what you pay for. I’d recommend 100%, so if you’re considering it - JUST DO IT!!

Love love love! I had the egg travel system and now have the egg z stroller and I can’t fault it I love it so much for my little boy! I also love that I can leave the organiser attached. The basket is lovely and spacious

Cannot fault my egg a stroller one bit so easy to fold down my little girl is so comfortable in it and lays flat for naps out and about fits in my boot perfectly unlike previous prams I’ve had!

Amazing product. My stroller is still going strong since 2017 and 3 babies later! Never needed replacing or fixing. Recently purchased the egg z which is perfect for a lightweight compact option. Honestly outstanding product. Bravo Egg!

We bought the egg houndstooth travel system and all accessories including dog basket and carrycot stand.
The quality of each part is exceptional. Modern and great looking and very easy to use.
Our we dog loves the basket but most of all if I am having trouble with him he gets popped
In there. The carrycot stand makes a safe sturdy place for the baby as I was worried the dog would knock a Moses basket over.

We bought the Egg 3 travel system for around £1,500 thinking we were investing in a top-quality pram. Unfortunately, it's been a huge letdown.

Twice now, one of the wheels has fallen off while the pram was in use. The most recent time, the mother was out alone with the baby. It was a really scary experience, and we honestly can’t believe this could happen with something that’s supposed to be high-end and safe.

What’s made it even more frustrating is the way the company has handled it. We sent them all the details and photos, but they refused to deal with us directly and just told us to go back to the retailer. It really feels like they’re not interested in sorting it out or even acknowledging how dangerous this could have been.

We’ve since bought a much cheaper pram—literally a tenth of the price—and it’s actually better made and easier to use. The Egg 3 is bulky, awkward, and not nearly as well-designed as you’d expect for the money.

Honestly, we expected so much better from a brand like this. We wouldn’t recommend the Egg 3 at all, especially if you’re looking for something reliable and safe for your baby.

Absolutely love my egg3, can't fault it at all. I have almound houndstooth I've used since birth and I'm always receiving compliments how beautiful it is and I'm always recommended even down to the colour. Perfect for all seasons. My little girl is nearly 1 and still plenty space for growth very comfy. I Also have the blanket and tray lovely accessories. Also very strong so no problems with faults or breaks. Perfect all round.

I Bought the Egg pram in 2022 when I had my daughter and I absolutely loved it. So much so that I kept it for my second born in 2024 and still love it just as much id reccomend this pram to anyone looking for their perfect pram
