An excellent service
An excellent service. Ordered late on a Fri pm, item dispatched the same day. Was with me via a tracked delivery (free) by Tues pm. Love the Horsewear coat I ordered, it is perfect & a great price too

Quick delivery and great products
First time I’ve used Eland Lodge and will definitely use again. Delivery was quick. Bought a PSOS browband, that I was struggling to get elsewhere, and Le Mieux boots and I’m really pleased with them both.

Amazing service
Amazing service - girls could not have been more helpful in store - walked in thinking that I wouldn’t get a pair of dubarrys or le chemeaus to fit my calves and walked out with a pair of both after lots of patience and kind words!
Regular shopper that will be back!

Brilliant online service
Brilliant online service. I ordered boots to be sent to Wales and received them the next day. They were a bit tight so I returned them and received a bigger size within just 3 days of posting.

Quick delivery unfortunately my order didn’t fit as was too big and I was gutted it’s the last pair I’ve been able to find but returned and they accept a refund very quick was easy to do and deal with great company! Would order again.
