cant fault my experience when ordering the stoneware bird bath. arrived on exact day in sensible packaging. and birds wasted no time in having a drink of water and one red robin christened it with a bath.

Didn’t have some of the feed I wanted in store, the basic mollichop and the calm and condition A&P.
Cashier was trying to get my discount as had £5 off voucher and 10% off feed by putting my large purchase through as 2 transactions.
She messed this up and asked for help basically saying it was my idea to do this which it wasn’t and I got a mouthful from the cashier that she called over!!!
So in the end I ended up having to buy another bag of which I didn’t need to get my £5 off!!
Not impressed at all!

The staff always remember you and thats incredibly important when you shop local. So keep up the good work and we will be customers for ever.

The staff are always polite and helpful. Their knowledge and expertise are very important to me as being the owner of two horses of pensionable age (32 and 26) feeding can be a nightmare but the staff were brilliant in recommending different feeds to try. I now have two happy horses, thanks girls for all your help.

I was asked for my loyalty card when purchasing some dog food but explained I was never given one. The assistant looked back through all the previous purchases and the result was I was entitled to a fee bag of dog food . Great service and going above and beyond .

I've recently bought the carrot bed for my guinea pigs and it is absolutely gorgeous. It's really good quality and super plush. It's also had the seal of approval from my fussy piggies, so it must be good! Really quick delivery as well. Thank you 😊
