Ordered from this pet store a few times
Now for the 2nd time they have withheld sending out my order due to an item being out of stock
When they should just contact the customer and let them know so they have a choice of for them sending out the rest of the order
Now my dog has none of the treats that I been waiting for
So will have to go and spend more money on other treats while I am waiting for them to send my order
Disappointed 😞

Very reliable company. My local pet store closed down. My cat is very fussy and only likes 2 varieties of food, both of which Omsmirk supplies. Prices are reasonable and deliveries timely.

I placed an order with this company, no correspondence from them. Had to email after a week to chase up. Then goods took a week to arrive.
Decided to give them benefit of doubt& placed another order few months later. Same thing again, nothing from them at all. After 3 weeks & two emails my order arrived.
Will not be using them again

Ongoing subscription issues. Twice since August they've emailed to say items are out of stock. Only this time they've charged my card and sat on the order till I emailed them TWICE four days later to see why it hasn't been despatched. Turns out one item is out of stock but they thought charging me was absolutely fine. They go on to say the suppliers have shortened them. But have never actually apologised for the lack of communication about the delay. Or even the fact they reckoned they had stock

Amazing experience with Ormskirk pets excellent service plus excellent quality and value plus my 4 month old puppy loves his new chew toy i will definitely be buying from them again and I would highly recommend Ormskirk pets to friends and family.

I have been shopping with this fantastic company for nearly 4 years. Yes i could go to my supermarket and buy the dog treats ,at a sligjtly higher price but i choose to use this company who never fail to deliver such amazing prices ! Ordered a bottle of Johnson's Salmon Oil from Ormskirk Pets late yesterday afternoon and it has just been delivered by Royal Mail. I have never used this Company before but would most definitely use them again. My order arrived well packaged and in under 24 hours of my ordering it. Very impressed. Thank you Ormskirk Pets.

I used this company because they are far cheaper than other companies I bought my dogs advent calendar and Christmas choclate buttons with having 3 dogs to buy for it can get expensive they emailed me to say chocolate buttons were gonna be late offered me bigger size and was it OK I said it was everything straight out no messing about never asked me for extra money which I found nice so if your looking for cheap buys this is the company to go for

The stuff’s good and a sensible price - but oh my, they are incredibly slow getting it to you.

I only ordered a dog rain jacket but I mailed to check on delivery and they were so quick coming back to me and gave me honest timescales - apologising
They upgraded standard delivery to express on that basis and whilst they didn’t need to, I really appreciated it
Their prices are mostly better than other big companies but wanted to support a little business

Fabulous company with a lovely caring customer service. Sadly I might not need them for a while now after have my boy euthanised but I wanted to leave them a five star 'thank you' for a reliable subscription service at the best price.

Used this shop online for the first time and really impressed with not only the quality of the goods, but their service, communication and excellent packaging. I ordered a box of Good boy rawhide and two large ceramic dog water bowls which were well protected in plenty of bubble wrap. Box arrived in three days from ordering and all goods arrived safe and sound. Will certainly use them again as their prices are the best I’d found searching the internet and it’s so nice to find a UK company which still gives competitive prices and first rate service.
