Always excellent service. I’ve been using petshop for 3 years now for my Goldie Nala’s autarky food. I use the bottomless bowl system and it’s great that you can alter delivery dates (which I have done several times as I sometimes judge it wrong!)
Well packaged and delivered by a friendly helpful man from DHL right to my back door!
Would definitely recommend petshop to any animal owners

I have Iams dry dog food on subscription with Petshop and I have to say that both the pricing and the subscription / delivery process is excellent. I also have to say that the automatic reminders / emails are also very helpful. I would have to say, based on my experience, I would have no problem recommending Petshop to anyone.

Good quality cat litter, have used this brand for years for our Ragdolls cats and it works well and absorbent

My three cats will only eat Perfection flaked tuna in jelly - I know, they’re spoilt!
There are very few places in town that sell it and I’m definitely in competition with someone else to buy it. When I saw Petshop.co.uk sold it I thought I’d give them a try. The price, even with postage, worked out cheaper per packet than store bought so it was win win all the way. Communication was very good and my order was delivered within the time frame promised. Will definitely order again.

Fantastic service every time from PetShop! We order our dog food on subscription. I get an email 5 days before to say the order will be placed so I have plenty of time to amend if needed. I collect from Stratford and team are always helpful and carry my order to the car for me ! Highly recommend

We ordered two bags of skinners field and trial great price free delivery and on time

I use the subscription monthly which works well and delivered on time. My only comment is that sometimes the biscuits I use are often offered at a lower price which is annoying!

I accidentally set up the repeat order option which they call Bottomless Bowl. I didn't receive any notification about that so didn't have the option of cancelling it. On the day my order arrived I got an email from them telling me that the large pack of cat biscuits which I'd just received was out of stock. I emailed them twice about this but have not had a reply other than an automated email. Not good customer service. I'll be donating the second 7kg bag to a local animal charity.
