I’ve had what they call a bottomless…
I’ve had what they call a bottomless bowl for well over a year paying nearly £42 for a bag of dry food for my dog. I happened to go on the site this morning and found that the same food was actually being sold for£3.12 less than what I was being charged. Being on a subscription is not a guarantee that you will get the best price. To be honest I feel cheated.

Great service, competitive prices and excellent customer support. I’ve only ever had one issue, which wasn’t their fault, but they went above and beyond to get it sorted quickly. Always helpful and reliable — highly recommend!

Well packaged and notified of delivery
Well packaged and notified of delivery. First time using bottomless bowl order. May have to alter my order for next time as first notice said the delivery was the 4th but next notice was later. I need to make sure I have a little stock as my dog must keep to his diet and not available in shops. Otherwise excellent service.

Excellent company
Excellent company, I’ve been buying dog food and treats from pet shop.co.uk for years now. My dog has allergies and they helped me find the right food within my budget. They deliver 2 bags every 10 weeks always on time. They are easy to contact and speak to an actual person.
Highly recommend this company.
