Great service. I order 2 (15 kg) bags of Alpha grain free dog food every 6 weeks. Communications let me know when the order is due and food arrives on time, every time

Confusing website with traps
The first time I ordered with this company, somehow a months worth of food starting arriving every week. I’ve been stupid enough to use them again and now they have sent me the wrong food!!!! Their website is confusing and over engineered!!!

Fast delivery, good prices.
Fast delivery and good prices. I rely on them to restock my cat-litter when it runs low.
With a 'bottomless bowl' service, I can set it up so I get a regular delivery without having to set it up every single time.
I choose what I want, how many and how often, then it's all automated.
If I don't need any one month, I can just skip that month.
So convenient.

Orders are delivered on time and are well packaged. I have a ‘fussy eater’ cookapoo but have finally managed to find proper dog food that she likes. Getting it delivered to my door saves me both time and money in having a bulk order delivered direct to my home.

Great company
Great service and products at a good price. My dog food is ordered automatically and I receive a message when it is ready to collect. Staff even carry the bag to the car for me.

Have used a few times now, product choice and pricing very good. And with 2 growing Shar Pei puppies to feed the fact they bulk deliver is perfect. Website pretty easy to navigate. Had slightly delayed delivery on 1 occasion and their customer service resolved it very quickly

This company is good to deal with , not only are their prices hard to beat but they have chosen the best delivery company DHL to transport their goods. They supply most pet foods so the choice is excellent why would anyone shop anywhere else ?

I ordered the flea tablets and they were sent when I needed them but have an over stock of them which I tried to cancel several times and contacted bank I will reorder from you again but I don’t need anymore flea tablets

I had cancelled the order last week but it was still delivered. Why say a subscription can be stopped at any point then still go ahead with taking payment after the cancellation

Consistently excellent customer experience
I've used Petshop.co.uk a number of times now. I find their prices competitive, their delivery always prompt and items are well but not excessively packaged. I've had no need to contact the company other than online orders, as everything has always been seamless.
The thoughtful and good business sense of sometimes including a free pouch of dog food (in my case) to try is also a nice touch.
