Elecology Avis

Came recommended from a friend, and now I’d be happy to recommend to a friend. Quick, Simple, Efficient and all delivered as promised.

Sam, Dave and the team did a sterling job. Kept us informed throughout the process and arrived at 8am on the dot and as promised. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Had our Ohme EV charger fitted by Elecology Ltd. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Fantastic efficient service from start to finish. They conducted a virtual survey of our property / electrical supply so they could assess the install beforehand which allowed them to provide us with an accurate quotation. On the day the install was hassle free and to a high standard of workmanship and was exactly as we had specified. Elecology supply and fit a number of different chargers and well worth consideration for anybody needing a home EV charger.

An exceptional service. I had a couple of quotes and Elecology was by far the cheapest. Which made ems think initially I might not get the best service, however Sam’s communication was exemplary and the installer was so helpful and conscientious. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough.

Sam was very helpful and supplied a couple of quotes for different chargers to compare. On the installation day, Dan was on time and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. He kept me informed of what he was doing as he progressed and made some sensible suggestions about alternative cable runs.
Thank you.

Excellent company to deal with from start to finish. Sam was excellent at arranging a prompt installation despite production delays. Dan was fantastic on the day following all the necessary covid protocol. I will definitely use this company again.

I would highly recommend Elecology, Sam and the team! They were very informative and efficient from start to end! The installation was quick and the Zappi's look great. Really know their stuff! Thank you.

Excellent service. Sam is very very responsive, with great communication and absolutely on it. Dan arrived early, is very friendly, and installed the Andersen efficiently and well. Highly recommend these guys.

I found their service excellent from start to finish. Sam was very helpful & knowledgeable. Dan the electrician arrived at the appointed time & very efficiently installed the charger. He was extremely polite & helpful. I would recommend this company.

Top quality service - Team arrived promptly and fitted charging point, outdoor socket and sorted out some historical issues. All done to a very high standard of finish. Would very much recommend the team.

After buying a new electric car, I contacted a few companies about having a car charger installed. Elecology were one of Ohme's recommendations and of all the companies I contacted delivered the most friendly and efficient response. Most of the other car charging installers just sent automated emails, wanted me to fill in an online form and pay upfront before they would confirm what they could do when. Sam from Elecology delivered a more bespoke service, was very quick to respond to enquiries and made me feel like a valued customer rather than a faceless enquirer. The charger was installed with no issues and we're happy with the service provided.

I rarely leave reviews but the service, installation and technical expertise of this company was outstanding from start to finish. The point of contact (Sam Harris) was really helpful and very swift to revert to all my many queries before the booking, everything was set out transparently in writing before the booking and the installers on the day (Dave and Dan) made what was a tricky non-standard installation look like child's play. A brilliant job of installing the Anderson EV.

We had our Zappi Charger installed a few weeks ago. A thoroughly professional job from a friendly and efficient team. Today the Zappi flagged up that I could install an additional sensor to better monitor my solar panels. I asked Elecology for advice on how I could procure and fit one myself but within a few hours they came round and did the job for me - what fantastic service.
