We found our EV installation to be very smooth. Luke arrived on the day with another team member and worked efficiently and respectfully. There was good communication throughout and the team cleared up after the work. Booking and payment with Sam very easy and timely. All in all would recommend without hesitation.

I found Elecology easy to deal with and professional throughout. They gave me some advice about selecting the right charger for my needs and answered the few questions I had.
On the day the installation was problem free - the engineer was at my house very early, he explained the few choices I needed to make and then got on with it swiftly and showed me how everything works when it was complete.
p.s. in May 2024 I had a problem with the power supply to the charger (the RBCO if you want to know) and Elecology were quick to get an engineer round and sort it out, so again good, efficient service.

Sam quickly offered us an installation date, having obtained from us the necessary information about our house. Dave attended exactly on time the date offered and fitted our Zappi where we wanted it. He finished in less than 4 hours, ensuring it and our apps were working. Can thoroughly recommend Elecology.

Had my Tesla home charger installed through Elecology. Sam was great from first point of contact and prices are very fair. Any questions I had, he had a sensible answer to and nothing was too much bother. The guys who turned up on the day actually had people skills which seem rare in trades people lately and work was completed to a high standard (I’m picky). Power was off for all of 15 minutes so the Mrs could carry on working from home. Most importantly, everything works which is good news. Would highly recommend. Thanks guys!!!

I had very little knowledge of EC chargers and decided to get the Hypervolt charger. Our experience with Elecology has been excellent with Sam providing super advice and care in the lead up to the install and then Luke an awesome job installing the charger during a cold spell when it was freezing ! The work completed is very neat and we were given a nice overview of the app and features of the new charger. Top company and people all around and would highly recommend.

Excellent company to do business with. I contacted Sam who explained the process and costs very clearly so, no surprises. We agreed a date for the EV charger to be installed and the electrician arrived on time and carried out the work efficiently. I down loaded the App and was given a helpful tutorial. It was recommended to up grade the electrical supply from 60amps to 80amps and assistance was provided to make the application to the National Power Network who were very prompt in responding to the application for the upgrade. All very painless and if you require an EV charger to be fitted I would recommend Elecology.

Great experience with Elecology. I used them to install a myenergi Zappi charger (lovely bit of kit). The service they provided throughout was brilliant. The engineer who came to do the installation (unfortunately I didn't get his name) was super friendly and helpful.

We had a number of quotes for EV charger installs. Elecology were suggested by Hypervolt, for install of our Hypervolt and their quote was relatively competitive.
My communications with Sam were also great and he was more than happy to answer my queries and was very helpful.
We agreed a quote and fitting date was agreed. The Elecology engineer was on time early on our install date and he was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. His work was tidy and clean, and he cleared up after himself well. He was also helpful with our needs to get our fuse upgraded to 80amps and completed the survey and photos as requested by the GRID.
Sam was then helpful by expediting our request through Elecology admin process.
I have waited until we got our car and used the charger before reviewing as I wanted to be sure everything was working okay with the car (I was confident it would, as the engineer tested it all before finalizing the install).

I have to say that I am very happy with the service and cost that Elecology provided. I would Highly recommend them!

Perfect, from initial introduction to completion. Swift, friendly and clear communication. Very tidy and careful install, all explained by the friendly electrician. Plus the charger has RGB. ;-) I'm very happy.

We were a little nervous about getting our first car charger fitted. Sam Harris and Elecology came highly recommended by a neighbour. These guys are amazing! Sam dealt patiently with all our concerns and was totally professional and clued up. The engineer who carried out our installation two weeks later was awesome. His work was first class from start to finish. He took great care to ensure that we understood how to operate the charger and tested it and demonstrated it before leaving. He was a very thorough and tidy worker - top marks!!
