And had ring ones after service as my Tesla was not charging, problem was my Tesla App was not setup correctly

Overall the experience couldnt have been easier, Sam was super responsive and clearly asked for all the details he needed and once sent a date was arranged almost immediately.

Installation has zero issues and was placed in the exact spot as requested and he was super helpful and answered any questions I had regarding the installer or the charging app.

Payment was super straightforward and required nothing up front, whereas a lot of installers do.

Overall cannot fault anything about the service, Would reccomend to anyone looking for an installer.

10/10. Got assigned Elecology through Octopus Energy. Was super easy pre-install to send over photos/videos in advance and agree place of install. Come installation, we had Max who was extremely friendly and explained all the steps. Took care to make sure everything was agreed, neat and tidy. Work done to a very high standard.

I contacted elecology and spoke with Sam to install my Tesla charger. Sam was great and very helpful. He booked an appointment for me and the engineer came very helpful. They did it in the exact timing they said in roughly run three hours installation.
So I’m very happy with elecology and will always recommend them for EV charges installation.
