Just bought a second ceramic heater from electric radiators direct. Arrived very quickly as did the last one. Excellent heater. Easily controlled by wifi and smartlife app. Efficient and great heat. Highly recommended.

I ordered 3 Rad’s and 1 was damaged. I simply photographed the damage took photos of serial numbers and went onto the support link on their site and submitted it. The next morning I got a reply to say they apologised for the hassle and it was replaced in about 3-4 days. Have to say it was good service.

Ordered Infrared heater, after talking through options with Anthony picked one. Was ordered arrived promptly, was given a date too. Eventually it was installed. Not technically great rang Anthony, who was patience personified, got it going. Very happy with it in my understairs loo.

The ordering experience was simple and easy. New infrared panel was delivered very quickly and nicely packaged.
Didn't like how the panel worked and decided to use "No Quibble 30 Day Returns Policy". Somehow my return request got lost after being received by the UK office for over a week, but after a negative Trustpilot review a representative of Irish office reached out to me and arranged panel collection for the next day.
I suppose it is true that situations like that is what separates great companies from the bad ones. Nicely done and thanks for the quick resolution.

Wifi panel is based on Tuya and can be integrated to smart home i.e hime assistant. Very good product. If you buy ceiling mounted panels make sure to buynceiling mounts as otherwise installation is very difficult and not secure enough.
