Service was very efficient and delivery was very quick. In particular there was a sales person I talked to who was very good. Her name was RAECHELLE she even gave me her direct number if I had any questions very pleased with my order.

Online purchase vs in store
Just happen to get the time and a handy man today the 2/25/2026 one week after I purchase this TV and when we open the box the TV was damaged a BIG CRACK on the top right hand corner of the TV and the store manager telling all type of stories that I will not be able to get a TV and that I will have to pay more money to get a TV delivered this is the worst place to buy anything my worst experience.

When I placed my order and asked about the price match guarantee I was told to place my order then email a copy of the company with the lower price and a credit would be issued back to my original form of payment. When I did this, I was told that that the price match guarantee was only for items sold in their stores. Very deceiving, did not honor what I was told. Very disappointing.

Samsung Electric Front Load Washer and…
Samsung Electric Front Load Washer and Dryer. On sale for $1399; so $700 each. Easy online purchase. Also purchased Delivery and Install with Parts, and Haul Away for former front loaders; 18 yr old Whirlpool Duet pair.
Communication concerning purchase and delivery/install with Electronic Express was good thru text, email and phone. Delivery/Installers were very good. Very small area for the washer and dryer and the got the old I nes out and the new ones hooked up in short order. Excellent.

Hisense QD6 on Saturday…
I purchased my Hisense QD6 on Saturday but I had to wait till Monday to get my nephew to pick it up because the system did not inform the store that it was paid for and it could be picked up that day. Someone needs to fix the system so notifications go through immediately so the customer doesn't have to wait. It's very inconvenient.
