Could not have been more helpful, I purchased MS Office 2024 Professional to replace a Teacher edition, there was user error from my part with not uninstalling the old version fully first which meant I needed a further activation code, they supported me with this and through the whole process.
Very pleased and would happily recommend to anyone.

Would rather give 0 stars. SCAMMERS! No reply to emails & phone number doesn’t work. Got an email to confirm the order and 2 weeks later have heard absolutely nothing back & no tracking information. AVOID!!!!

I recently purchased Office 2024 from this company. I experienced some problems with the activation but the tech team were extremely quick and helpful and the problem was sorted without any fuss or delays. Their customer service was excellent.

The purchase was easy and straightforward. I had a small issue getting Office validated, but with a couple of emails all was sorted with minimum fuss.
The support provided was first class.

Bought a Licence from Electronics E Shop which I was having trouble using. There customer support was excellent as they helped me setup my device. Price was fantastic too.

Really good value, clear instructions how to install and then when microsoft didn't want to play, very clear and timely guidance to solve. Very happy using Electronics E Shop.

I purchased a copy of Office 2024 and had great difficulties in installing it. A mail to the company was answered quickly (on a Saturday too!) and we managed to resolve it (on a Sunday!). I was expecting to have to wait until Monday. I am very impressed with the helpfulness and would have no trouble recommending it or using it again.

I ran into a problem when activating my MS Office 2024.
It failed to activate. I dropped an email to the Electronics E Shop. They responded very promptly and I was then able to activate it right away.

Efficent and great support to help install

Had trouble trying to activate Office 24. Emailed Electronics-eshop.uk to ask for help and it was sorted next day. Thought I'd been scammed at first when couldn't get in touch but all OK now.

I’m not very IT savvy so could not say whether the process of downloading office was difficult because of the product or my own abilities however the help I had from the company was excellent. I sent various emails with screenshots and I was helped every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I just bought Microsoft Office Pro 2024, and was skeptical of the low price; however I am very happy with the purchase. The Office installation was simple and straightforward, the Lifetime key worked without issue and I had a swift, re-assuring response to a query I had. So far, so good. Recommended seller :)

I bought Microsoft Office 2024 1-User I had problem with past key I email the and thier response was problem solve I would definitely recommend this business to anyone, one happy customer.

I purchased Microsoft Visio, the purchase was very easy, the link and passcode were delivered within an hour.
I asked for support in installing the software and, again, I had a reply that made installation straight forward within an hour.

After much time finding out what the problem was I finally able to gain contact from a chap called Rick. He was relentless in not giving up and wanted to ensure the product worked for me. Turns out windows 11 professional has office 365 pre installed and naturally this was effecting how Microsoft soft office was working as it would not allow for offline working. The product key was not accepted even though it was valid. Long story short, with a little tinkering he was able to work the problem and now the software works as it should.
I've revised my experience based upon his willingness to go that extra mile with patience and not conceding to the problem.
