Installed MS365 Professional Plus. Display stated that it was not activated. Emailed them many times and they responded quite quickly. In the end the problem was resolved after many screen shots and advice from them. Cannot fault them for their help and support with my installation problem. Many many thanks.

Purchased office 24 but did not receive key.

So far so good. Tried the groupon Microsoft Office deal and was a waste of money. Unhelpful and be refund, so I was not expecting much from Electronics E Shop. I'm pleasantly surprised. Very helpful and product was registered. I'm just hoping it's not like Groupon and ends up being a trial period. The staff were very polite and very helpful. So far, so good!

I was in the market for a new Microsoft office product and I looked online and found this company being, honest, at first I was sceptical, remembering ’ too good to be true’ but thought I would give it a go.
I paid and the link was sent very quick with a very comprehensive instruction guide and an over whelming stress on “if you have any problems contact us for help”.
The guide is a walk you through it instruction, however, I did have a minor issue and sent an email late that evening. The next morning I received a reply with a very clear instruction as to how to overcome my problem. I followed this to full installation and activation.
If looking for software, I can thoroughly recommended this company their emphasis appears to be on customer satisfaction/ customer care. Rare in todays world. Buy with confidence and save money whilst doing so.

After trying to install the product I had many problems, E Shop were extremely helpful at all times, never complained at my foolish mistakes. They just sent another message telling me what to do next. After several attempts I got it right, hurrah. Without electronics-e-shop.uk help it would never have happened. Please do not hesitate to use them they were soo helpfull. 10 out of 10

Downloaded microsoft office pro plus 24, but couldn't activate. Contacted seller who very quickly showed me how to remedy.

I purchased Office 2024 for a non-computer literate friend for a new computer. It arrived promptly (but to Junk mail!!). The activation didn't go to plan due, I believe, to my finger problem. Electronics E Shop quickly responded to emails and the situation was readily resolved. There was no fuss. An excellent service

Slight registration problem, that was probably down to me, but was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I have used this company before to purchase software and find them first class to deal with.

Purchased windows 11, never received download code. No communication utter scammers. Having to claim back on credit card.

After one month Microsoft says it is only licensed for business and I am only able to read not alter or add ie all commands are greyed out

Service was prompt, prices are competive. I purchased Microsoft Office 2024. They sent me good instructions on the download procedure along with the key code. I had problems with the download and the activation (this was probably me - as I am not very computer savvy). They sent me more information including Confirmation ID which worked. They were patient with my problem. Professional company.
