Stay away and report it.

I had a bit of an issue with validating my key, but after a very rapid response from the vendor the matter proved to be a Microsoft issue. All good. Great price.

This is the best electronic e-shop I have ever found. I have bought Windows 10 Professional from here. The customer service was really great; they are very active on their live support and extremely professional.

I had a problem with a down load due to me getting it wrong. Electronics where very helpful in sorting it out.

Great value route to obtain office 2021 functions into a new laptop. I had no problem installing and all the previous reviews about the telephone option when problems occur were accurate.

Hi, I made the mistake of letting my laptop upgrade to Win 11. Suddenly Outlook was offline and would not go online. I bought Office 2024 - same result. Your guys guided me through - seems it was Win 11 scrogging my email password (so not your guys problem). But you hung in there to help me, thank, Martin

Scammers Avoid like the plague. Purchased MS Office Key never arrived no answer to emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2021 from Electronics E-shop. Transaction from start to finish was smooth and hassle free. Was able to download,install and activate in one go. Had I needed help it was there via Anita. Based on this experience I have no hesitation in recommending this company

My experience was reasonable and did not mind it since I was getting all sorted for Win 11 on my new computer.

I found them to be very helpful, in getting it all sorted in time.

Purchased Visio 2024 Professional Plus, single user product. Didn't load successfully 1st time, contacted support and had a reply in a few hours (on a Saturday) - they provided short concise instructions which i followed completely.

If you have a m365 subscription, it needs uninstalling (no way around that) - make sure all '365' and 'notes' applications are removed from apps (blame microsoft for installing every language!)
On the exact instruction followed (first time) it worked! I had to use the phone contact method, which was easy (let it text you - much easier, it's only typing about 30 numbers! but no problem)

Initial fault was mine as this instruction was provided in a dropdown menu on the download page.

Their help and assistance was fast, efficient and correct. Thank you.

Being not technically minded we had to contact Electronic E shot for support. The instructions we received were very helpful and clear. We had to return to them a second time during installation and again got prompt responses to our questions. Thank you for you support.

Fast delivery, well under Microsoft Price for the same article. Any problem I had was fixed promptly and without any hassle. Up and running within minutes. Great service from a great little company, thank you.

I purchased Office 2019 Business for mac... and got there in the end, after much communication, and to fro to get it working.

Their communication is erratic and the instructions are sparse, and you really have to push hard if there is an issue. Personally, I think there might be a lack of knowledge here, and they are just resellers.

Be prepared for compatibility issues in the cases of some software and perhaps non-working software and keep pushing them until you get the result you want, I did. This is an updated review.

If I were to purchase software again, I would use another seller. This was just too damn stressful for such a standard piece of software.

Scammers. They take your money but not longer trade. Telephone number is incorrect and no reply to emails.

No key delivered.
No response to email.
Phone number on the site doesn't work.
I'll contact my credit card provider and pursue a refund unless a response is received within 48 hours.
very similar experience to other purchasers - avoid in my opinion

Coffee machine arrived quickly and works perfectly, much cheaper than high street stores.
