Ordered a cordless lawnmower and it arrived perfectly packaged with all accessories included. The battery life is exactly as advertised.

Helpful and quick response. Resolved the issue I had right away.

Bought Microsoft office 2021.
Received a key and office worked for a couple of days. Office was deactivated and my product became unlicensed. Contacted customer services. They supplied a new key which also did not work.
They are now not responding to any emails and problem remain unsolved.
Phone number on their website does not work. Impossible to get in touch with them.

Bought Microsoft Project 2024
No key delivered.
No response to email.
Phone number on the site doesn't work.
I'll contact my bank and pursue a refund unless a response is received within 24 hours.

These individuals are scammers; I did not receive my key. I will be pursuing a refund.

I had a problem with an installation of office 2024. After emailing electronics my problem was resolved.

No key delivered.
No response to emails.
Phone number is false.
Address doesn't exist.
I'll contact my bank and pursue a refund unless a response is recieved within 24 hours.

I had sent a previous review criticizing the service I had received from electronics-e-shop. Since then, electronics-e-shop has sorted the problem and everything is good. So I take back what I said.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus, single user product. Loaded successfully and product key worked for 25 days, then informed licence expired and all documents/applications blocked!

Emailed electronics e shop for assistance and received a reply within 12hours, saying the likely fault was an incomplete activation. Followed instructions given and now unblocked, software activated and all documents/applications working. On this attempt the product key method failed, so used the phone contact method, which is tedious but was successful.

I'm not sure I completely uninstalled all Microsoft 365 and Office apps, on my first attempt, before installing this software. Initial fault was most likely mine and not that of Electronics e shop. Their help and assistance is to be praised. Thank you.

Received key for MS Office which worked temporarily then ceased to be accessible. First email to them asking for assistance was met with a response for info but further emails and attempts to contact them by phone - which is an unrecognised number, have failed.

Have now received a key code which appears to have worked. I have therefore increased my star rating a little but unfortunately I would have to advise caution if considering any purchase but at the end of the day what they provided now seems to work. Only time will tell.

Electronics-e-shop.uk is a SCAM while Electronics-e-shop.co.uk is LEGIT.

Please check the contact email before buying.
I bought the Microsoft 2021 advertised, but unfortunately, it was the advert of the scammers and not the real dealers. So my key was not activated.

Purchased a licence key for MS Visio. However, when the link was sent through it said that MS Office has to be uninstalled before installing Visio. This is not feasible as I have MS office linked to multiple applications and services and, had this been made clear, I would not have purchased the licence key. The link is unused and I have asked for a refund. There has been no response at all. I would NOT USE them again for any purchase.

I bought a key for office from this firm. It did not work as I kept getting the message it had been used too many times. I then tried to phone the number given to try . Again that did not work. I emailed the company who told me to keep trying. Again no joy. Having wasted enough time and money I asked for a refund but nothing has been forthcoming. I recommend you avoid at all costs

I bought a key for MS office and after a couple of hiccups on my part, with great help from support, it is now working fine .

Should be zero stars! Key doesn't work. No one emails back. Phone number is invalid.

i have rang them many time, the last time i wrote a review on here they replied saying the phones were down. load of rubbish .it dont work like many others have said i e.mailed them no reply , i went to the place they said they were located as i live near them and no-one had heard of them. tell them to tell us the side road they are next to . as i walked at least 1 mike looking for them .no where to be seen

I purchased a Microsoft licence and received no product code! My calls are not accepted as the phone number doesn’t work and I’ve had no reply to the emails and messages I’ve left via the website!
Extremely disappointed in the service after they were recommended by a colleague - perhaps they were trying to “stitch me up!!”
