Electronics E Shop Avis 

Was looking for a copy of Microsoft office and came across these guys. After doing a few checks decided to give them a try and was very happy with the service I recived. Selected the version of office I wanted, which was at a very good price. Once paid got a conformation email. Then a little bit later got an email with instructions and a activation key. Followed the instructions which were strait forward and easy to follow. Got the software installed and activation key worked fine, which was my biggest worry, but all was good for me.

I had a few teething problems with the software but the customer service team were able to sort these out and the software now works perfectly. Well done :)

I purchased some software which, not being very computer savvy, I had a problem loading. However after an exchange of emails the company was extremely helpful and the programme now works perfectly. I was really impressed by their support.

I purchased Office 2024 and had trouble installing it. I emailed and over the weekend (!) we exchanged 3 emails and everything is sorted.

First time I've used these guys and very impressed indeed. Easy, quickly found what I wanted in their E shop, fast check out and quick delivery.
Full simple instructions provided for downloading and installing the software and a help phone number included in the event I needed help.

Product key sent to me had been used the max number of times.

Could not complain about EE Shop, although others have. Bought office 2024 professional, The instructions for downloading and installing the program, together with the license key were sent out the next day.
Installation is a bit involved but if instructions are followed carefully, then there are no problems.

I had some unexpected difficulties with programme activation 3 months after buying MSOffice (it had worked fine initially and only stopped working for an unconnected reason). Full marks to Electronics E Shop for their prompt and helpful customer service which got me up and running again.

Very good, just check your junk mail before thinking they haven’t replied with order confirmation.

To charge me 70 pounds to fix my computer, so very happy with my purchase, the key came through within 10 minutes.

Excellent after purchase assistance, I had an issue activating the program it was sorted with one email!!

Experienced problems with registration and installation. Communication was pretty poor - just one way - explained the issue and sent information requested - received a short reply and somehow (don't ask me how!) I ended up with a full suite of programs that seem to work fine. Not a smooth process but all well in the end

Second time I have purchased from them. Slight issue with last purchase but resolved very promptly by the support team. Throughly recommended 👌

Bought Office 2021 - all went well - no problems installing and fully functional! I must say, though, that their interpretation of "IMMEDIATE, genuine product and download links supplied INSTANTLY via email upon purchase." differs from MY understanding of immediate and instant, but - the key and instructions did arrive that same day. All in all quite happy with the purchase and the company

Emailed the product key the next day, had a little hiccup activating it but they responded to my email with instructions and I got it working pretty easy. Great value and customer support. Thanks

FINAL UPDATE -
I received an apology from E E S after it was determined the company had not fulfilled the order appropriately - the result being a full refund was given! [I sourced the product elsewhere whilst waiting for correspondence to go back and forth]
Perhaps the benefit of the doubt is required [?]
I have told the company they need to understand that every existing / potential customer is placing their good faith & trust in them and this is a hard thing to regain, if lost / broken.

UPDATE to review below - Electronic E Shop finally sent a license key at the close of business yesterday BUT it was actually for version 2019 'not' for 2021 Office Pro plus as ordered - like others who have offered the same comments, I followed the info given that I had to delete my older office pro version before installation of the new one & now I have nothing whatsoever on my computer & as previously I am not receiving and answers to my subsequent emails & the mobile phone number is always switched off!

Hopefully the Electronics E Shop will do the right thing and resolve asap as the poor service so far is causing me a lot of unnecessary hassle and work issues!

I should have read reviews before buying as I usually do - be warned trust the negative reviews or it will cost you!!! Don't buy from this company who have been reported to the relevant agencies - they are scammers and perhaps the fact they only list a mobile number [that isn't answered] should be the final clue to keep away.

An email download should be an immediate, straightforward and easy transaction - that is unless the company has no intention of providing the product ordered or sending a invalid / used code, which so many have reported!!
