Office 2021 downloaded easily but then had problems activating. All sorted out by Amba and Electronics E Shop. Everything works and a real bargain.

Bought Microsoft Office 2021, the email code was emailed very quickly. Although I had trouble activating the key, I emailed and the response was quick, they sorted it all out for me. Thank you! 5*

Bought a licence key , had an issue which was sorted quickly. Would use again

Had some problems downloading product but got help from staff and issues resolved very quickly.

The product and price are exceptional. Would have been 5 stars if download link etc had been sent immediately as site says, got mine the next day. Did have a few problems accessing software but that was not their fault and they did help. Would definately reccomend and use them again.

This is a scam. I paid, downloaded and installed but the License Code was rejected as it had been fully used so could not activate. Two emails have gone unanswered and the mobile number listed is not connecting. Sadly, per the instructions, I uninstalled my old copy of Office before installing this so have to recover it from backups.

I felt I was treated with respect, despite my inability to sort the installation, they were extremely patient and saw me through. They did not know they were dealing with an 81 year old and I think they might have thrown in the towel if they had.

Ordered this online on the 5th May 2024, but email with license activation was not automatic, and arrived in my mail box the next day.
The email contained the license key, instructions on online activation, the fact it might need telephone activation and also a link to download the IMG which mounts as a virtual DVD, also advised it had to be activated in 48 hours (not sure why).
On trying to use the online activation, it reported the key could not be activated online, and had to be done by phone.
Activation by phone is easy, but painstakingly slow, involving verbally speaking 8 or 9 blocks each consisting of 5 digit numbers from a License ID that is auto generated when using the telephone option.
You have to speak each block of 5 digits, it then repeats them back, and if you are happy to move to the next block, it then asks for the next block. Once you have read them all, it checks if its a valid license, then reads back the corrsponding 8 or 9 blocks of 5 digit reponses. Finally it activates and requests you make a note of the License ID (Who does?)
Certainly, not a scam, but not sure why it would not activate online automatically.

I asked for a refund, but 3 emails were ignored. It was only when I claimed a refund through Paypal that I received a response. It then took 13 days to receive the refund that I was told would take 3-5 working days.

Bought Microsoft Office professional plus 2021. After initial difficulty installing it, seller responded by email with further instructions. All working fine now. Thanks.
