The bag I ordered is absolutely stunning. The quality is amazing and the color is just perfect. I have an LV duffle bag that matches it and I didn’t realize it at the time lol 🤣Wasn’t planning on it actually coming in an LV box and dust bag! It’s even more gorgeous in person! Can’t wait to show it off! Will definitely be ordering again!

My Louis Vuitton and Prada order
I placed an order for a LV purse, a Prada purse and Prada sneaker and while I patiently waited for these items, the customer service provided was unexpected and most welcomed. I was contacted with images of each of my items to ensure I was please with the product before shipment. Once all of the items were ready, I was alerted of the shipment which arrived just before Valentines day as I hoped. The courtesy provided with me during my check-ins on the status was above and beyond expectations. The products arrived in the corresponding branded packaging materials and the workmanship provides unbelievable authenticity. ELEGOUS gets an ABSOLUTE A++++

I've ordered 3 bags from Elegous and each one is absolutely beautiful and perfectly constructed. When one of the bags I ordered wasn't available due to material shortage, customer service offered for me to select a different bag, and included a beautiful scarf with my order to make up for the change. Shipping was safe, secure and timely.
Customer service is excellent! They were so kind and friendly, and they communicated with me via text about my orders and delivery. I will definitely order from Elegous again.

Great products, AMAZING customer service!!
I have bought many, many bags from Elegous, and I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about them! Even when a pair of shoes we purchased did not fit (nothing that was their fault, just differences in sizing!) they went above and beyond making sure that not only were we able to solve the issue (DESPITE THEM NOT BEING AT FAULT!!), but they went over the top making sure everything was absolutely perfect. Every purchase I have made, Rory has communicated every step, texting me when the product arrives to them, letting me know when it ships out, and keeping me updated every step of the way all the way to delivery. They send tracking numbers, but I haven’t even needed to check the numbers because they communicate so thoughtfully!
