Bought a freezer. Great value. There are a couple of barely visible dents which was the reason for it being in seconds/discounted. As stated, they got in touch to arrange delivery with me when I wanted. Delivery was smooth with the guys taking the freezer through to the shed in the back garden for us.
Instructions were easy enough to follow. It needed a quick clean inside and then was up and running at temperature by the next day. No complaints.

Item as described and shown in photos. Very good service delivered and recycled old item. Good value as the superficial mark covered by fridge magnet so overall look isn't affected excellent value for money.

This is my 3 rd time of using this service. Ordering is easy, detailed pics highlight any faults so you know exactly what you are ordering if you are ordering on line. Delivery date was confirmed the week of delivery and a 2hour time confirmed on delivery day. Delivery was as specified the 2 man crew were quick careful and professional.

Bought three items recently. A TV and two pcs (laptop and macbook). All three were exactly as shown with no marks just "blemished" packaging. I would not hesitate to recommend buying from them.

The company has been fantastic, appliance came on time and in good condition, the delivery men were fast in moving it into the house as well.

Highly recommended, moved back from abroad to an empty house, ordered a TV, washing machine, fridge, monitor, freezer and printer. Everything arrived promptly and the delivery men were amazing, really helpful. Had a little issue and it was resolved instantly and easily. But even better on 6 items I saved a fortune, why pay the right price when bargains like this are available.

Brought a Beko under counter larder fridge. Delivery was a bit delayed due to a road accident. So it turned up a few hours late. Communication was great they kept me updated with tracking plus a phone call from the delivery driver. Back to the fridge, this was heavily discounted so I expected minor damage. The fault was one of the adjustable feet was missing. As it was replacing a Beko (which gave great service over more than 25years & still going) the feet from this fitted my new fridge. No cosmetic damage at all. Very pleased with this purchase & service provided

The men had to carry a fridge freezer up two flights of stairs to our flat and were still friendly and polite.

Needed a new washer dryer machine when motor in existing one failed. Searched online for same integrated model (Smeg) as I knew this fitted the opening size. Search came up with several sites and options but ElekDirect were offering a large discount (£300) on the model I wanted but with cosmetic scratches to top and sides of machine. These cosmetic defects would not be visible when the machine was installed in place. Decided to place order but once payment button selected and confirmed transaction with my bank the process seemed to stall for several minutes. I rang the contact number on the website to check if the transaction had in fact been completed. The phone was answered very quickly and the staff member was able to confirm that the sale was marked as pending as the sale had not completed. Told me that the pending order would cancel after 15 minutes and I could then begin the process again. This worked and the order was completed on Friday followed by delivery on the Sunday.

Delivery drivers were very efficient, sending text with a four hour expected delivery slot followed by further texts and calls narrowing the time slot as they got nearer with a call when I was next drop. The 2 delivery staff were very friendly and obliging and delivered the machine into the utility room.

Once unpacked (not manufacturers packing but very well packed and protected) the defects as advertised were hardly noticeable and invisible once installed in position.

Only problem I encountered was the water stop (flood prevention) pipe nut to connect to the water supply was very difficult to turn so couldn’t connect. I reused the pipe from my old machine and the machine is working fine.

The machine has been used 2/3 times per week for 1 month and everything is working fine. The machine came with 2 year manufacturer warranty and this is now registered with Smeg.

A bargain buy and excellent service from ElecDirect.

Bought a Hisense fridge freezer for £440 including delivery for my utility room. Argos and Curry selling same for £800. Had scratch to front and small dent at bottom other than that in perfect working condition. Delivered within a few days. Delivery lads were an absolute delight and couldn’t be more helpful. Excellent company excellent experience and service.

Excellent fridge freezer, said there was some cosmetic marks but can’t even tell where they are, delivery men was lovely quick and efficient. Definitely recommend this company as you can’t beat the price anywhere
