Ordered some cool looking T-shirts. Came within 3 weeks but:
Poorly made
Fabric is a fire hazard
Now trying to return and with all these scam retail sites they make it impossible

Buyer beware. If they send you the wrong sizes and/ or you find the material is of inferior quality, this company will not issue you a refund! They will state that you ordered these said items so they will not idea refund and no mention of even an exchange of sizes.
I ordered a pullover cotton top in
sz. Medium & I could Barney get it on and off my body.
The cotton button down top I ordered in A sz. medium - they sent a large and it fits big.
The floral pants I ordered in a sz. Medium fit me short and I am only 5’3” and the material which is supposed to be a cotton mixture was mostly made of polyester material and fit me poorly.
I am continuing to request a full refund - at least I paid through Pay Pal and can get my money ba k through them. Again- Buyer Beware of purchasing from this Italian company whose clothing is marked in an Asian Language. In addition, It took almost 4 weeks to get these items delivered because they have to go through customs.

Wat een drama om het artikel te retourneren. Geen contact mee te krijgen! Uiteindelijk pakje terug kunnen sturen (op eigen kosten) en foto's van het pakje met adres en track-and-trace gemaild, er wordt NIET gereageerd en ook wordt het na bezorging niet doorgegeven aan Klarna, ben er al bijna een maand mee bezig. NOOIT MEER!!!

Jag fick fel vara levererad och det var helt omöjligt att få hjälp med att returnera den.
Jag ville returnera kostnadsfritt då felet låg hos företaget, det var som att slå huvudet blodigt mot en vägg.
Jag fick ingen retursedel fast jag bad om det och nu sitter jag gär med betalningskrav på en vara jag aldrig har beställt. Bottennapp. Aldrig mer!

My review says the same thing as everyone else's. The four items that I got were huge on me they were not a size medium they were like an extra large. When I tried to return as their website says that you can again customer service emails you and tries to offer you nothing for something you spent $29 on... They battle with you back and forth they ignore your attempts to try to get an address and then they tell you it's too expensive to keep it so my complaint is just like everyone else's. They need to be shut down and I wish I had read the reviews as well.

please do not order from this site. The quality is terrible, not at all like in the pictures. they don't want to return the money

I think this outfit is perfect for my travels. The top and trousers are are loose and made of cotton. The trousers have an elasticated waist so will be comfy for driving.

DO NOT BUY from this company.
Same as the last few reviews, the garment definitely wasn’t a cotton linen mix , more like polyester, with NO labels inside , very suspicious. So naturally l wanted to return, and that’s where the annoyance really starts . Stupid offers of a few dollars compensation to keep the garment as “the return process is long and costly” !!
After a week of getting nowhere l escalated it with PayPal and got a full refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They are con merchants. As per previous reviewer if I could give a minus score I would.

Items clearly coming from China. Take forever to arrive and are absolutely nothing like the pictures.

Their 'support' email ignores you or sends ridiculous bot responses. Impossible to return or get a refund.

Kicking myself for not checking reviews prior to ordering. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE! Take your money and throw it down the nearest drain!!!!!!

This company is going from bad to worse . Constant repetitive messages offering derisory compensation. Which I do not want . I want to return product and I will pay the shipping . Refusing to supply me with a email for a person . Customer service is run by a robot I think . Please be very careful with this company. The dress was poor quality and didn’t fit me . I am on a very limited income and this causing me allot of distress .

Poor quality fabric and not like pictures at all.
Emailed non stop to get return address so I can send back and get refund. Customer service just say - keep your items or we will have a professional customer service person contact you. No one contacts me! Will never order again
