If you are tradesperson and you need something for job don’t buy in this store. You can pay for special delivery but it’s nothing change. I lose my job for £600 and my customer don’t have central heating over weekend. Great job 👏

Can't fault Element Shop's customer service.
Dean was amazingly helpful. He answered all my questions patiently. Our floorplans changed four times so he had to redraw the pipe plan each time which he did for us without complaint.
Our project was delayed and they held the order for us until we wanted it to be delivered and arranged delivery exactly when we asked for it.
One valve arrived damaged but they sent a new one next day.
Best price I found for Profix plus panels.
Can't comment on product quality yet because we are still installing it but I suspect it is all much of a muchness these days!

Package never delivered. They have no photo proof that it was delivered. Did not offer to replace, no refund even though purchased via PayPal. Total scam!
