My Provider was on time
My Provider was on time, and thorough with her video exam. I feel like she listened to me to understand my problems. Once the exam concluded, my Provider let me know how much THC is allowed per month, and why she recommends it for my health problems.

Difficult to upload pictures
Difficult to upload pictures. Should have been prompted to take a photo not leave the application to got to camera and then try to get back to the application. It was very frustrating.

Very easy to get an appointment quickly. The first available was scheduled 30 minutes. After I logged on. I saw a doctor same day, quick appointment, got my renewal done in no time. Good price. Highly recommend.

The ease of getting my certification or…
The ease of getting my certification or prescription renewed, was very easy. I even forgot to fill out the forms and someone called me an hour or two before the telehealth appointment and helped me fill them out real fast. Highly recommended this way of getting renewed for certifications.
