The ease of getting my certification or prescription renewed, was very easy. I even forgot to fill out the forms and someone called me an hour or two before the telehealth appointment and helped me fill them out real fast. Highly recommended this way of getting renewed for certifications.

This is my second medical cannabis renewal through Elevate Holistics
This is my second medical cannabis renewal through Elevate Holistics. The renewal process is much easier and a bit more affordable than going through a local doctor. The service I received through Elevate was excellent in every aspect. The staff helped me with the application and advised me of the final steps in getting renewed with the state. I highly recommend Elevate Holistics.
