Original Contact was great
My original contact was very friendly and gave me the information that I needed so that I could make an informed decision. He also did not pressure me to make a decision right then. He understood when I wanted to take time to think about it. When I reached out to say that I was ready, he remembered me and was able to get the program started fairly quickly.
