I was enrolled in this program I was sweet talked into the program none of the documents were able to be downloaded i was told two times that they mailed me the information and contract nothing was ever sent they didn’t send documents to any of the credit company’s no one has ever heard of them they have no old positive reviews it’s a scam don’t trust them at all they took my money out and caused my truck payment to bounce I canceled it and only got part of the money back they flat out told lies do not trust them luckily I realized it was a scam and canceled it I even asked them for everything they promised in writing and never received anything in writing don’t trust them at all run run away from them very fast

Very poor communication
Very poor communication. We are stonewalled by staff when we request to be informed of what communication with creditors has take place. We have no proof that anything is being done. We are just told to.trust them even though creditors call day and night for the past couple months. Now lawyers are contacting us. We keep sending all docs to xlient services but we do not get any communication or sign that anything is being done. Please help. We are scared.

I can not say enough good things about Elevate! They really went above and beyond with every part of this process. Everyone I have talked to has listened to me and addressed my concerns each time I have called. I received clear and consistent communication.
