The lady that helped me was very kind and patient. I was having a hard time with my computer, understanding how to get to your site and what to do on there. She patiently waited and helped. My husband, Charles, is just out of the hospital after major back surgery. I was tired and distressed (which she didn't know). It was wonderful to have someone be kind to me.
