New to the Program
As yesterday was my first day to sign up for the program, I cannot actually give an honest review about the program.
But I can say that the Certified Debt Specialist, Tracy Sharpe was very helpful, kind and very informative. I hope that all that she told me ends up being the truth and I can feel great about this whole decision. I am cautious but hopeful this will be the answer to my prayers.

I would not recommend this company to…
I would not recommend this company to anyone! I was lied to from the beginning. I was not told that I had to let all my accounts go unpaid, which all of them were in good standing at the time, in order for negotiations to begin. I was told that all the creditors I had worked great with them and I wouldn’t have to worry about lawsuits. When I signed the POA paperwork and attorney paperwork at the beginning of the program I was not told that I would not be represented if a lawsuit was filed. Then I got sued by a creditor and all that they did was answer the initial questions for the lawsuit. They did not represent me in court but they did send paperwork to the creditor attorney stating that all correspondences had to go through them so I had to jump over hoops to even discuss the matter with opposing counsel. When I discussed the lawsuits, yes there ended up being multiple, the only solution was they wanted more money from me to negotiate the account. One account that was in a lawsuit they wanted an extra $850 a month for 12 months. When was able to speak to the creditors attorney I found out they had offered $396 a month for 24 months! THIS WASN’T EVEN PROVIDED TO ME! Now you see how much money they steal from their clients. I am in the process of dropping their services, if you want to call them that, since I have to represent myself anyways. I would have never signed on with them if I would have known the full story.

I was unable to connect to the person who was assigned to be my client services rep, but I withdrew from the program so it's okay. Getting through to a person to help me was not prompt. The presentation and other handling of the process was very well done!
