Promises NOT Kept !
We have been with 27 months of an agreed 52 month payment plan. Recently I was sued by one of our 4 creditors. Elevate offered legal assistance if all payments were/are paid on time. I have been talking with Customer service since March, and was told that Elevate had made an offer to settle my debt. I went to court on 4/16/26 and requested an extension, as I have repeatedly requested a call from the Elevate legal department. On May 20th, I called one last time and explained too customer service that I was going to makre the same offer that Elevate had made to our creditor. I went to court and creditor agreed to a reduced payment. When I called Elevate to inform them, they stated they were pulling this debt from the account, I stated that I will reduce my payment to Elevate in the amount agree at court. I have stopped my EFT and will write them a check, as I was told that they would work out a new payment amount.In my opinion, did not back me with any representation whatsoever. So be aware of false promises made when setting up an account with them.
