40 Bodyworx Mini trampoline
Elite Fitness gave lengthy and accurate information about the product. Their website was easy to navigate through to the purchase. The 40 mini trampoline is high quality, as described and fairly priced. The product came assembled except for screw-in legs which were easy to attach. The EF delivery agent, Sean, was polite and helpful and called personally. Overall, the product and experience was one I would highly recommend.

Items were slow to ship and an initial lack of communication, but they did completely rectify the issue when it was raised with a gift voucher and refunded the shipping cost, which was well received and hasn’t deterred me from returning in the future for equipment.

Great service
I had a great experience with Bruce at Elite fitness, this is the first time I have been to the Brendale store and it was great. Bruce provide a very friendly and informative experience and helped me choose the right piece of equipment

Poor communication
Poor communication, I purchased and then the next day I got an email saying my money was bring refunded. No explanation at all. Is it out of stock, discontinued or other.

Elite cancelled my order
Ordered two items. Elite fitness waited until after delivery was due to inform me they in fact didn’t have any stock of either before refunding.
