Still do not have the parcel as APC has it in depot and their online tool is not working properly

We are so sorry that your parcel is not with you, however having checked the couriers system at our end we can see that they did indeed try to deliver your parcel the next day, however they have recorded that there was no answer to the buzzer/intercom ( they have taken a photograph too ) and they could not gain entry to give you your order, As there was no leave safe instruction given by you at the time of order, they had no choice but to bring the parcel away and back to their depot.
It now appears that they are going to return the parcel back here to us, so could you please let us know how to make sure they can either get into your delivery address or a leave safe location you are happy with (it will not fit into the postbox we can see in the photograph)
Many thanks for your review, and please do let us know direct if you have an issue as we can not always be sure we will see it on the review sites, and this one only gives us a bad mark not the courier.
