I want to start by saying that there's nothing wrong with the quality of the fabrics l purchased. My order was missing some items as they were out of stock. Plus, l received less fabric than stated. I tried 4 times to email this company about a refund - used different email addresses l found via Google - they ALL bounced back. No response when l tried their Contact Us form either. There's NOTHING on the site to explain what happens re: refunds. No way to query any problems with orders.
This is no way to run an online only business. It was my first order & my last, which is a shame.

I wanted to write a review because I’ve had good service. Shipment is prompt and actually in two orders arrived a lot sooner than expected! If you are wanting unique glitter fabric or even leatherette (I’m yet to purchase those) this is a great little place to order from!

I have been purchasing from eliza for a few years now never had any problems customer service is excellent they are quick and very polite with their responses and nothing is too much for them. Their prices are really good and the quality of there products is exceptional, even their canvas prints ive never been one for this fabric but elizas is by far the best. From ordering to delivery is really quick. They also have a Facebook group which is great. if your unsure what a product is like head over to the group. Its full of lovely people that will happily help and show you pictures of what fabrics look like made up and if you have any questions would 100% recommended their products. I don't buy from anywhere else now. Their in house printing is just the best.

I have use Eliza Henri since I started crafting 3 years ago, the quality of everything I order is amazing, the range of supplies available is huge, customer service is excellent and I wouldn't shop for my supplies anywhere else.

I have been shopping with Eliza Henri pretty much since I started crafting 3+ years ago, the quality of their products is beyond any I've found elsewhere, they put a lot of effort into making sure everything is perfect and the highest quality and tested before being sold so I know I'm always getting the best, not only that but their leatherette is vegan too so another tick in the box. I have always found the customer service to be outstanding and any interactions with Charlotte have been nothing but a pleasure, she's always happy to help and takes peoples suggestions on board too. The turnaround is also amazing, and if there is ever a delay for any reason they have always kept me updated. I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough, my go to for all my bow making supplies.

I have had a handmade business for nearly 6 years, in all that time I have been using EH products and always been more than happy with the products and service received. EH brings new innovative products to the market and always pushing the boundaries of craft supplies meaning I can bring unique items to my customers to stand out from the crowd. Their in house printed leathers are such amazing quality and unrivalled from other suppliers which prints either look washed out or over saturated. I am always confident in their products to be the best quality on the market so I would most definitely recommend!

Ive been a bow maker for quite some time now and Charlotte has been a supplier for long enough to know how customer service works.
I dont order from here much but when i do they tend to be messed orders. First time i was sent a totally different shade of fabric to what I had ordered. Asked what had happened and when I eventually received an email back I was told it sent that one cause the one I wanted was out of stock...why not just refund me instead of sending out fabric i didnt ask for?! Was then told to just keep the fabric (even though I wanted to return it as it was no use to me) and she would refund me. Never got that! I then placed an order again for some of the in-house printed leather that j had previously ordered before. Upon opening i relised the fabric shade has been completely changed. This screwed me right over because I couldn't get the orginal shade anywhere else. The orginal shade was still on the website and nothing had been ever mentioned about the change of colour! I'm still waiting on a reply to send these back. I've contacted another supplier to see if she can do the original colour for me. I'm totally done with Eliza Henri, I won't be placing another order. Customer service is 0.

The snotty reply speaks for itself 😆 Also, personal attack? Really. I don't even know Charlotte, just she is the main person who replies to emails and posts on socials. Ask Charlotte to check her Facebook messages to her page, she'll find one from me that was sent about 3 year ago that was never replied too 👍

I ordered a sample order of their Faux leather and wow the designs were even more Gorgeous than it looks on their website & the cut was seamless, I knew I had to go back & order all of the other faux leathers that I loved from their website. now 3 orders in & I wouldn't order from anywhere else.. also I'm excited to see what other new & original designs they will create in the future. 5 STAR SUPPLIER

Poor customer service received unfortunately.
Contacted regarding missing fabric received an initial response and then was ignored.
Contacted by email, Facebook and Instagram and was told to be patient after a week since placing my order and not receiving the right items.
I then received an exceptionally rude message via Facebook stating I was being unsympathetic because her child had been ill yet how was I to know this?
She has since left a barrage of abuse on her review page aimed at me which I think is extremely unprofessional and appalling customer service
Would not recommend you purchase if you have a problem, as the seem to require customer service training!
