Just received my order & should have read these reviews before I purchased! Very cheap fabric from china, doesn’t look like the photos, gold top is actually canary yellow. Everything is going straight to the donation bin

I paid good money for the top I brought and when received was nothing but a piece of crap and nothing like the picture I am normally a size 10 and purchased a size 12 and it would be lucky to fit my 8 year old niece. I have sent many emails requesting a full refund and of course never received any replies. Do not buy from Ella Jane s this is the worst jumper I have ever purchased and is cheap and tacky.

Very poor material quality, colour was shocking went in the bin what a waste of money. Never again.

Bought a top but it was so badly designed that I could not actually get it over my normal sized head. Have contacted them at least three times and they have never responded. Do not buy anything from this company.

Very disappointed that I never received my purchase. Took my money and never received order. Have sent several e-mail with no reply. Disgusting considering apparently an Australian company.

Total scam! Bought a dress, nothing like advertised, cheap looking, polyester. Tried to return it, no chance. Very disappointed in industry that should have taken care of this kind of issue and scam.

DO NOT buy from this site. Total SCAM. I ordered what I thought a beautiful leather tote bag (the Pamela).....omg!!!!! So plastic it smells like a stiff balloon. Horrible shiny. Absolutely 💯 dosnt not look like what I ordered. So disappointed. I've had a look for the website but I think they've blocked 🚫 me.....Will try through PayPal to get my money back.

Scam site. No ABN, all AI generated images. The worst part is they keep sending you emails about your order that doesn't exist, with fake tracking by Australia Post. Facebook doesn't remove them. Report them to ScamWatch. Ask your bank for a refund. Facebook has a lot to answer for.

Complete false advertising, very poor quality in regards to material, pattern and sewing.
Had to engage in PayPal support to recieve 100% money back as they only offered a fraction of the items.Will NEVER purchase from them again.

Don't buy from elle jane Sydney they are from China cheap material use no what they advise they are saying breathable material it's not its cheap polyester 5% spantex l had to open dispute with paypal .l recieved poorly made long to the ground no style just a sack . Not cotton or linen advertising $150.00 sale $59.00 rubbish .what they advertise is not what they send you .poor communication as well no phone number to contact

Listing showed a premium product. What was delivered was cheap, printed nylon or rayon. When I asked for a refund, they said no because it was a sale item. I explained Australian Consumer Law to them, they didn't care. Fortunately, I paid via PayPal.

The 2 dresses I bought are nothing like they are represented in the pictures. The material of one is like a stretchy tshirt with the design cheaply printed in the material. It looks like a cheap nightie. The other is not much better.

Wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.
Because it was so called"Sale item" wasn't eligible for a refund.
Same item can be purchased from Temu for $20. I paid $80 on sale.
I won't get scammed again thanks to websites like "Trustpilot"

This is a further review about these people as I’ve looked into them further.

The items priced high on the website sell very cheap on Ali Express & Temu. What’s sent are bad imitations from dodgy factories in China. Items to be returned to China at your expense!

Very disappointed - scam
I ordered a dress. It took 4 weeks to arrive from China not Sydney. It was not as described & very cheap polyester material & Ill fitting. I asked to return it for a refund. They wouldn’t accept my return & only offered a 10% discount if i purchased another product.then stopped answering my emails. I went to PayPal to ask them to back charge. They contacted Ella Jayne who lied & said I changed my mind.
PayPal refused to refund. Do not buy from this company

Very sceptical of this site initially . My dress took 25 days to arrive so I had already made contact with my bank at the 2 week mark . It eventually arrived , quite ok , but not worth the price . Cheaper goods out of China . Highly doubt a Sydney shop due to length of delivery . Temu type product .

I ordered a dress from this site. It took 3 weeks to arrive and then I realised it had actually come from China. The dress was not as described in their ad. They said it was made from breathable fabric. Well the fabric is polyester which has just been printed on. Polyester is not breathable! I searched on the internet for the original of the dress which is made in cotton. They have taken the pattern and simply printed it on to polyester. I am so disappointed as I had wanted to take it on holiday to somewhere hot. To date they have refused to give me a refund only offered a 10% discount if I ordered something else which I will not be doing. Now they are not answering my emails so I think this company is a scam. Be very wary.

Update it is now April 2026. Despite trying all this time to get a refund I’ve had no joy. I’ve threatened them with exposure but they don’t care. It’s made me wary of ordering anything now on the internet including Facebook unless I know for certain it is a genuine company

Total Scam ! Not a Sydney business!
Product received was not as advertised and they kept offering % "reimbursement"as a sign of good faith !! Luckily paid via PayPal so was able to get my money back - however took a very long time and constantly emailing them refusing their offers as they did not supply the product purchased. Totally different dress, fabric & design. Very badly made terrible quality fabric
