I have just tried to send the email below but guess what, I went nowhere!!! I await their reply to a messaging serviced now .......... Email :-

I have just ordered a pink top but a pop up button showed a discount so when I clicked on that, I ended up buying the same top twice! I have seen in your reviews that this has happened to other peope as well! I would like to cancel the order, or you discount one of the tops right away. I have informed my bank and they will start a dispute if you do not cancel the order or refund one of the tops. I do NOT want to have to pay shipping cost to return a top back to China. The name of your firm suggests you are in London not China. This is completely missleading!

Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Although my jacket was described as leather , label inside say otherwise saying exterior is PU which is faux leather , it looks it to , it’s actually advertised elsewhere at under £20 about what it’s worth , also two week wait , from a company that states London , I’m thinking china .

Do not buy from them, I'm in the UK, ordered some items, the size guide is completely wrong, the items were much smaller than stated, will only refund if I cover costs to ship to china and cover custom fees or have a 10% refund.

This is a scam company.
* dishcloth quality clothes
*returns address in China
* want to see pictures before they approve a return
etc etc etc

Please don’t order from this company!!! It’s fake advertising ….All there clothing is made in China, very, very cheap material and looks nothing like the product advertised on the website. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Ordered an item on 4 September and received message on 7 September stating item has been dispatched. It’s now been a week and I still haven’t received the item. Contacted customer service and they simply said it’s on route. The tracking information seems to still suggest it’s on route.

I am waiting for a reply to my email sent at the time of order 1939. I inadvertently ordered two of the same jackets due to a discount pop up and my credit card company not notifying me of payment. I asked you cancel one of the jackets and refund the discounted price. Please don’t burden me with return costs when I’ve given plenty of notice

This website is a SCAM. The clothes come from china and aren’t worth paying even £1 let alone the prices charged.

The items look nothing like advertised. The material is cheap. The fitting is basic with no shape.
