I shop in Ellie's Cellar regularly in Alva, occasionally in Dollar and always receive a friendly service when I shop. This is the first time I used the online service to secure a deal on a malt whisk... Voir plus

Big fan
I am a big fan of Ellie's Cellar. Their shop in Helensburgh is first class as is their on line ordering facility with local delivery as an option. I bought a large quantity of wine for a party in October and they made great recommendations on what to buy at a good price and Danielle even organised glass hire and delivery/collection. Great to buy local and they often have good deals on popular wines and spirits.

Great customer service!
I had to make a last minute change to the delivery address for my order.. I emailed Danielle rather than call, as I live in Australia, and she organised the change with no issues at all.. she was so helpful throughout the process and answered all my questions promptly which was much appreciated. I’ve used Ellie’s before and would highly recommended. Keep up the great service guys!

Although I received my order promptly
Although I received my order promptly, the item was not boxed as was implied on the website and my order confirmation. I emailed, but have received no response.
