Ellis Home Interiors Avis

Great service! The item was on the market at the best price, and arrived in the timeframe specified on the order. Great delivery service too, at no extra price. Totally recommend and will use them again

Ordered a coffee table that is also sold by large high street retailers because it was cheaper from this seller. I ordered based on the other trustpilot reviews and I was not disappointed. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Item arrived in perfect condition and well packaged and I love it.

Lovely mirror unique design well made of metal not plastic and great value for money compared with other brands

Superb customer service from order to delivery. This was my second purchase from Ellis Interiors and can’t recommend enough.

Was extremely pleased with my purchase of a metal headboard. It was just what I had been looking for. A good price and excellent product. It was delivered very promptly, so a very happy me!

Love these side tables so much Ive just bought another. Perfect in every way. Solid wood. Great delivery.

Very pleased with my chevron oak dressing table. Customer service was very efficient and I didn’t have to wait long for my delivery. The table I bought was also more expensive elsewhere, so good value ordering from Ellis Home Interiors. I would definitely recommend the company.

Really impressed with the service and the oval media unit was perfect, looks excellent and superb quality.

Great customer service - originally they said 7-10 working days and they apologised but said they couldn't improve it, so imagine my surprise when my order turned up 2 working days later! Very very impressed (also with their high responsiveness over email), would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks guys.

Found a cabinet on their website £80 cheaper than Dunelm where I was originally looking.
Checked out reviews on here and decided to go for it.
Very good communication regarding confirmation and delivery.
Free delivery by two men with a van, built ourselves within an hour, very happy and would definitely buy from again.

Good value items, shipped reliably in the timeframes quoted. Courier happily brought heavy items upstairs and gave a courtesy call 30 minutes out, very satisfied.

Beautiful console table at an excellent price. Huge saving for the same product compared to John Lewis and Next. I had to phone the company with a couple of questions. The call was answered promptly and my queries dealt with immediately. Excellent delivery service too.

I ordered a side table from Ellis Home Interiors and couldn’t be happier. The table arrived earlier than scheduled and was well packaged with good communication. The item was also the best price that I could find online. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would use most certainly use them for future purchases.

I found them extremely helpful when I made a mistake with my order. They reimbursed me immediately. I ordered the chairs I wanted and it was dealt with at a good price and was delivered early. All in all a very good experience and I would certainly use them again.

Excellent product!!! Received as described. Most competitive in price. Kept informed re delivery.

Beautiful table delivered within 14 days

It’s always a worrying prospect when you see an item suspiciously cheaper. However, I took the chance. Saw them first in John Lewis and noticed they were actually made by Gallery Direct, who only sell to trade and not direct to customer. Despite the bedside tables having a different name on Ellis Home, they’re the exact same ones in John Lewis and from Gallery Direct, only almost a third off! JL £299, EH £212. The van came and it was a Gallery Direct lovely van. Couldn’t be happier. Saved me almost £190 for the two. Highly recommended.

Fast delivery and item as expected. Really pleased with item and company.

Absolutely loved every piece we got from these guys! Excellent quality. The wrapping/packaging was impecable and the delivery guys were really good. It’s the second piece we have bought and could’ve be any happier. Excellent guys. Thanks you!
