I ordered a desk chair expecting it to take between 5 & 14 days to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised but extremely happy when I saw an email that same evening stating it was to be delivered via APC overnight the next day.
Not only was I kept up to date with a delivery time, the chair was packed really well & arrived in pristine condition.
I cannot rate this company highly enough. Fantastic service from start to finish. Thankyou.

Based on my previous positive purchasing experience with Ellis Home Interiors I had no hesitation in returning to place my recent order for a mid century style Walnut coffee table. This was delivered in a matter of a few days, with the delivery company providing accurate delivery time information. The product itself was well packaged and in excellent condition.

Had a bit of a blip with the delivery but once contacted the team, all especially Mitch did the best to resolve the query and helped us get this resolved. Good quality tables and would order from this company again. Excellent customer service.

No complaints about the overall experience. Delivery was pretty quick considering the large items (dining table/coffee table). Quality of the furniture looks really good. Solid wood. No dmg that I can see right now.

Customer service was probably the bright spot for me. When I emailed and enquired about my item delivery I received an unexpected call back within 10mins.

Ive never known that before. He dealt with my questions and left me very happy.

So I highly recommend this company. Oh and their prices are crazy competitive. Saved over £300 on my order.

Great experience overall. The dining room set is of good quality and fits well in our space. The customer service was supportive and professional, keeping us informed throughout the process and ensuring smooth delivery. We also encountered an issue with the legs, and the customer support team was very quick to respond to our request and arrange for a replacement.

Ellis Home Interiors was the only store I could find exactly what I wanted. The champane and glass TV stand look so good in my lounge. It is well built and value for money.
