Firstly sent an extremely scratched ring .
Secondly it has no uk hallmarking which is illegal for anything over 1gram .
Has a tiny little microscopic star which isn’t a uk hallmark.
Claims it is a Sheffield assay but it’s not .
Very slow replies to a serious topic . I feel I’ve wasted my money .
Going to report to trading standards

My wife bought me a ring to celebrate our 50th anniversary from you, only for me to order the wrong size.
I explained the situation to you and was asked to send it back for you to exchange it for the right size. No quibbles.

The rings we bought are beautiful and exactly as advertised and they were a fantastic price. If you read the reviews you will see that there is a slight problem with sizing and despite using a UK ring sizer the first set of rings that arrived were too small but they rectified this within a few days. We would definitely use Elma again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered a platinum ring for my husband just after Christmas. The ring arrived promptly the next day! Very good delivery service! Unfortunately, the ring was a size too big so I contacted Elma Jewellery and spoke to Simon. He was very helpful and suggested that I send the ring back. He then posted the ring, a size smaller the next day! I was a little skeptical of ordering the ring online initially but I would now, highly recommend the company and would not hesitate to use them again!

Seen a few reviews about sizing issues before I ordered.
I contacted them beforehand to enquire about sizing and they assured me they use standard sizing.
Got a great Black Friday deal on a Palladium 950 half eternity diamond ring so I ordered and recieved it within a couple of days. Ring looked great but had no certification, ring box was tiny so bought another online etc.
Wife opened at Christmas and loved the styling but it was too big. Wife is always size L and this was at least a size too big. I think I also noticed a few very minor scratches (wife didnt notice) on the band (but I thought palladium didnt scratch). It looked like when you are using celloptape and you see a faint line where you ripped a bit off in a few places. So I contacted them to return and asked for a refund.
Communication was ok as it can take them a few days to get back to you but ultimatley after I sent the ring back via recorded delivery with a note of refund/order number/preferred method of refund I recieved my refund within a week (30 days allowed on their website).
So not exactly an unpleasant experience but I cant give more than 3 stars.

Beautiful palladium and diamond wedding band at a very reasonable price with extremely quick delivery.
