Was sceptical at first, but they proved me not to be. Ordered 90 Boba U4T, and shipping 3-5 days. And to my surprise, I got the amount I ordered PLUS it came earlier than expected! Definitely will buy here again :)

This company is disgusting and should not be allowed to operate. No one replies paid watch came 4 weeks later faulty they have had watch back and no refund. Cant contact them they do not respond. I am now in contact with trading standards they operate under BONKENO to.

It's a CON. Their web site does not answer or even exist. Many have paid and have had NO return

They send out stock answers that aren't really an answer about undelivered items. Has been almost 6 months and the email address no longer exists.

I placed an order 3 months ago and am still waiting for it, even though they have gotten paid for it. They shut down their "contact us" link so nobody can get in touch with them about any orders.

I think I have lost my money.
I ordered a watch in January and it hasn’t arrived. I have e mailed them a couple of times but have had no reply.
I think I have been scammed.

Disgusting. Ordered one watch for my wife, when it eventually came the strap had no magnetism at all so the watch wouldn’t stay on. I’ve emailed them for a different watch or a refund and I’ve heard absolutely nothing....it’s a scam! 😡😡😡

Ordered 2 watches in July 2019. 1 watch arrived quite quickly, was pleased. Kept waiting for the 2nd watch. Emailed after 2.5 months and no reply. Keep sending emails to different email addresses even some standard - generic business addresses (e.g. customer, customer services, admin, administration) to both lady eloquent and bonkeno. No response at all. Considered sending back the watch I got as I am not completely happy with it, but thought better of that idea. NO WATCH, NO CONTACT and SUSPECTED NO REFUND. Lose, lose, lose for me. Will never buy from them again, and have told everyone I know to avoid at all cost.

2 weeks ago I bought a watch for £29.99 off them. It arrived within a week. I put it on and the strap broke after 10 minutes. I have emailed, sent them photos and tried to ring the UK number ( always engaged) They have IGNORED all my emails to customer services and I think that this company are ripping people off with poor quality goods and no follow up customer service afterwards.
I am appalled at how bad both the product and the service have been and strongly recommend that you think twice before buying from them

DONT BUY THESE WATCHES. Very poor quality, the color of the band faded In about 2 weeks and now the watch looks disgusting. I will throw it out. The price was more than I expected because i was charged in pounds but then had to pay in dollars. I have had no response from Eloquent Watches.

Waited and waited for my watch. It never arrived. I messaged them several times but never got an answer. Very poor they should be banned from advertising. They are taking people money and not sending the goods. Does anyone know how I can report them to someone to stop them doing this to people??!

I ordered a watch in dollars then when confirmed was in pounds which doubled the cost. I immediately cancelled the order but was still sent a very poor quality watch . I returned it but have never received a refund. Do not deal with this sham company

Horrible company. I've never recieved my watch. It's been over 2 months and never even a response that's helpful.

Tried and tried to get an answer from these people but there is no way you can get directly to them. My watch is totally unusable the strap fell off within days. No way are they reputable. DO NOT purchase from this website. You just end up losing money and having a watch you can't use. Total rip off Very 😡

Watch stopped keeping time after 17-20 days. These scammers ' refund policy is return within 14 days, unused, in the same package, etc. Not possible, if you give it as a gift, obviously it is going to be worn. So do not buy anything from this company as they do not back up their products!!!! Thoroughly disgusted!!!

Rubbish, poor service, lousy attitude by the employees. They should be ashamed of themselves for taking money and not giving a service. In my estimation go to Argos..

Beware of this company, its just one big scam, They offer free watches and charge £9.99 for delivery and you never see it. I have asked time and time again for my item but no reply from them even a refund I have asked for and still nothing. All you get is a standard email reply saying.
