We have been scammed by Silvesto as well. Our initial order arrived faulty and not as specified. The products are unusable and caused a serious disruption to our business. After months of trying to contact them, we received no response. No accountability, no resolution, just silence. I would strongly advise others not to work with this company.

We have been scammed by Silvesto. We worked with them for several years with no problem. Our last shipment of jewelry (In November 2024) was supposed to be brass with 18Kt gold electroplate. However, it is simply brass with a clear coat and tarnishes almost immediately when you wear it. We have spent MONTHS trying to resolve the issue with Kunal and Samaath only to be met with excuses, excuses, excuses and delay, delay, delay. I would never ever work with them again.

I’ve been working with Silvesto India since May last year, ordering custom-made charms in silver and vermeil on a monthly basis. Every time, they provide a 3D drawing for approval before production, which is very helpful to ensure the design meets expectations.

The charms are beautifully detailed and always stamped, which adds a professional touch. Occasionally, something isn’t exactly as expected, but they are always quick to resolve any issues without hassle.

The prices are very reasonable for the quality offered, and the overall craftsmanship is excellent. Shipping to the Netherlands typically takes less than two weeks, which is impressive.

Overall, I’m very satisfied and look forward to continuing this collaboration. Highly recommended!

I placed an order Dec 21,2024, Kunal has been giving me evasions and delays and stopped responding to all emails and Whatsapp attempts to reach him. I noted yesterday another buyer has gone through the same BS just now! Kunal originally told me the order would be completed in 2 weeks.

Kunal from Silvesto is dependable and does good work. He has delivered my jewelry and I get complements on the craftsmanship, even for intricate pieces. When an order was lost in the mail he replaced it all. The prices are very good; I could not afford to produce my base metal bracelets in the US. Unlike his competitors he accepts Western payment methods via PayPal, as opposed to bank transfers. Kunal speaks English well and has a good attitude. Things they could use improvement: responding more quickly to emails, generating order numbers and item numbers so I can request specific molds, and quicker turnaround times.
