First Class Service
We were looking for a local letting agent to manage our rental property in Porthcawl. From the first moment we spoke with Jemma, we have been impressed with her professionalism and her focus on doing a good job for us. All communications are clear and very helpful, and Jemma has answered all our queries straight away. We have been very impressed with her grasp of the local rental market. Our house was let very quickly and we now have every confidence in Jemma's management going forwards. Our first tenants have only just moved in but so far definitely so good.

Great staff.
We recently purchased a property through Elwood Deere Estate Agents and we experienced several delays with the vendors solicitors.Deere's staff kept chasing them to resolve the delay issues and if it wasnt for the help we received from the staff I'm sure the delay in completing on the property would have continued for a much longer period. I have nothing but priase for the the staff.
