The only information that wasn't quite to my understanding was "in stock" cars as I had to wait 6 weeks to actually get the car. Aside from that, the process was seamless and the car arrived at my door. Looking forward to many miles with a great value deal.

Professional, Helpful and Easy to Deal With
Overall, my experience with Embrace Leasing was very positive and the process went relatively smoothly from start to finish.
A special mention has to go to Joe in the sales team. I genuinely couldn't fault his service. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. He kept me informed throughout, explained everything clearly, and when I experienced some issues during the application process, he went above and beyond to help get things resolved. It's rare to find someone who takes such ownership and genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience.
The only area where the process could have been improved was around delivery updates. When there were delays, I found myself having to chase for information rather than receiving proactive updates. However, this wasn't related to Joe's team, and whenever I needed support, he was always willing to help.
I was also very impressed with the assistance provided when changing the vehicle registration plate, which was handled smoothly and made the experience even better.
Overall, I'm very happy with both the vehicle and the service received. I would happily recommend Embrace Leasing, and Joe in particular is a credit to the company.

Very happy customer
First time leasing a car, so I had quite a few questions and was a bit nervous at the start.
Some companies made me feel like my questions were silly or unnecessary, but my experience with Embrace Leasing was completely different.
Aby was really helpful and always quick to reply, and no question ever felt too much.
Everything went smoothly, and the car arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition with only 58 miles on it.
Really happy overall and would definitely recommend Embrace Leasing.

Very helpful and courteous service. However , I was not impressed with the dealer they used that supplied and delivered the vehicle. If they can be changed, I will definitely approach Embrace Leasing when my current lease expires.
