The files created for hats ruined the hats!!! I had to get it redigitized and had to order new hats!!!

We have created multiple sizes of the same design for left and hat etc. As per our communication after this review, All designs work perfectly except the hat size. This is due to the high density for a small size. As per your request, we have provided multiple file formats emb, dst, and pes.
I hope you are an experienced embroider and designer, according to the nature of digitizing we always suggest to try design before putting on the actual object. If there is a need to improve anything, we will do it without any extra charges. We support our customers until they are satisfied with the design. You have not contacted again for improvement.

Brilliant Service
The service from Em Digitizing was absolutely brilliant. They were very quick to come back with the artwork and their prices are very reasonable. The work was delivered way quicker than expected and the digitizing superb. Very pleased with their work and will definitely be using them in the future.
