Emerald Home Improvements Avis

Absolutely Brilliant from Start to Finish , Dan and Mark Totally Professional in their work, Highly recommend Emerald, Thank you

Excellent service from start to finish and at a reasonable price would recommend to family and friends

Communication and skilled workers

Every step of the way, ya wont be disapointed. These guys are efficient and a pleasure. Great team!

Fitters were considerate and courteous.
All plans were discussed and agreed at each stage of the process. They went above and beyond to try and complete the job in a timely manner, even though the weather was against them. A good job well done.

The entire process was fantastic, straight forwards, quickly, throughly explained to make every understandable.
From the second the fitment team showed up, they were very polite, friendly then from the beginning & till the finish they were very knowledgeable and happy to explain anything and everything when asked.

Did an excellent job cleaned up after themselves no hassle at all

Shaun and Josh fitted our windows and shutters this week. They have done a fantastic job. Professional and really nice guys. Thank you both we love them Phil &Tracey Rudman

Like to say how great emerald home improvements are.. Mark & Dan did a great job never stopped cleaned up after them..

The quote was a fair price.. fitters were prompt tidy and polite every day... The quality of the finished product was excellent and looks fantastic.

This was my 2nd job by Emerald, very happy with the product, and the fitting is to high standard, the fitter was excellent, and worked studiously on his own ( sorry I can’t remember his name).
I feel the communication from the office could be improved upon, but overall a great job.

We had new windows on a 3 story house the window fitters Phill and Tezz were amazing very polite, friendly lovely gentleman's we was glvery grateful to have them fit out windows.

There is one thing that could have made it better was that the internal windowsills are not included within the new windows, and we wasn't given the option to have them as an extra so we didn't know that they wasn't included. So untill the day of fitting is when we found out they was extras because our old internal windows was still there when a new window had been fitted.

3rd installation with Emerald, can't faul them. Friendly, clean and do what they say when they say. No post buy harassment. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Very professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Had windows and new door this week...Mark and Dan did a wonderful job considering how snowy and cold it was over the 2 days they were here.... they left everything spotless when they left

I can't recommend Emerald Home Improvements highly enough. The whole team are proud of their work, and proud of the company. My first contact was with Emma, who couldn't have been kinder and more reassuring throughout the whole process. Dani, who came to do the measurements and give the quote, was so friendly and helpful. There was absolutely no pressure or hard sell and I was given as much time as I needed to think about it. Geordie did the survey, then Gordon and Jess fitted my front doors and windows. As everyone says, they are craftsmen who make sure the job is finished to a high standard. They also tidied up every day and then took away all the old windows and door. I was so pleased with everything that I decided to have all the other windows replaced. Much to my surprise, I was able to have my lean-to double-glazed for less than having the timber structure replaced. Geordie and James finished the work in two days and I'm delighted. I owe all of these people my gratitude. Thanks to them, my house looks great and is toasty warm. They have been professional, courteous, friendly and very kind. Thank you so much.

Absolutely fantastic throughout friendly fitting team conservatory up in 2 days no mess really pleased with the end result would highly recommend to anyone

September 2024,

New conservatory.
Excellent service, well surveyed, really good quality product.
The survey was a difficult one due to the foundation from the old conservatory but the chap who surveyed got it right.
The chaps who fitted the new conservatory, Steve and Gary, worked steadily and as a result they got it right and the quality of fitting was excellent.

Also the customer service was very good, prompt and very helpful.

All in all, well done Emerald, a quality product and quality fitting

Really great job getting new windows and doors in. The process was easy from start to finish. Any issues were resolved quickly. The 2 workmen on day James and Reece were professional throughout and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend to anyone

Excellent service from quote to final installation.
