Emerald Home Improvements Avis

good quality windows fitted by gaz to the best possible standard, very satisfied

William was so effectient . He took great care in removing the old frames. I'm absolutely delighted with everything he did

Installation of the windows went really well: co-ordination of other trades was a bit confused.

From start to finish this company has been brilliant. Rob was first and showed us what we were investing in. Not the typical sales guys really cared about what we wanted. Then Mark and Dan came to fit and did an excellet job going above and beyond to ensure it was a smooth process form start to finish very polite and professional.

Top class service. William was punctual, friendly and really respected my property. Very tidy throughout the work

Absolutely fantastic work by Emerald Home Improvements - brand new composite door and frame supplied and fitted. High quality of workmanship. Arrived on time, really tidy job by James. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone and will consider for future home improvements for sure!

Thay we're lovely and done a fantastic job on the windows and doors very happy would recommend to my friends family and naibours

Great work done, friendly fitters, done in good time, left clean & tidy. Charcoal pattern fitted on doors & window which looks great.

Tbh start to finish of the job in hand was extricated with the best of services

The fitters were super amazing with our dogs and the work was exemplary

The 2 fitters were very polite, explained everything and cleaned up after themselves

We had doors fitted 3 years ago- that process was great.
Recently due to the heat one of the doors had an issue closing and locking and Emerald were great at getting it resolved quickly. Nikki and Dion were great!

Neat job done in tricky conditions. Luke did a fantastic job and was happy to tweak as I wanted. Cleared up well after job completed.

From start to finish, I found the staff at Emerald more than helpful and actively took time to answer any of my numerous questions. It really felt like I was dealing with a company who cared.

It felt like a personal service. James who came out initially was polite and had a no nonsense approach he listened to our requirements and advised and guided us on making our decision. The payment system was easy and the pre and after sales service was good. The fitters were polite respectful to our property and very knowledgeable.

We had a conservatory fitted to the back of our bungalow recently by Mark and Dan over two days, an absolute eye for detail these two guys stopped at nothing making sure it was something to be proud of, they are both an absolute credit to Emerald Windows,

Both fitters a credit to the organisation. quickly removed old fitting and replaced with no fuss. I am very pleased with the unit.

Found process good fitters were polite friendly and professional

Super proud of our new windows

Mark and Dan did a fantastic job very professional service.
The widows are brilliant, would recommend Emerald.

I had a full set of windows replaced on my house. The windows were very reasonably priced and good quality - installation was quick and professionally done. Overall, very happy with the result.

The only downside was the hard sell. Two prices, one much higher than the other if you don't sign on the dotted line immediately. Best to decide what price you'd be happy with before inviting them over for a chat.
