Great service and excellent quality!
We just had new windows installed by Emerald and they did such an amazing job. Best windows I’ve ever had! The salesman was so patient explaining everything to us to make sure we were confident with the windows. And the whole installing process was very clean and speedy, I have no concerns with any possible problems might be caused. Big thanks to Phill and Tez! Very nice and kind installing team makes me feel really happy about their work and everything.

Peace of mind
We had new windows installed by Emerald last year which was a great success. We decided to have the canopy above our front window replaced as the felt was cracking so asked Emerald to do it. They made a great job of replacing the felt with a rubber compound which will last for years. All the people who did the work were very knowledgeable and friendly and worked to the timescale promised

Professional & Trustworthy from start…
Professional & Trustworthy from start to finish. From the initial visit from Rob in Sales, to the last finishing touches by Mark & Dan, we are 100% happy with the whole experience from Emerald. We had 6 windows and 1 door. The standard of finish is fantastic and the two workmen who installed (Mark & Dan) were a joy to have around. 100% recommend this company.

Pleased with my new windows
Going from single to double glazed windows, I can feel the difference already and pleased I went ahead with Emerald. Gaz & Matt are a great team and brilliant workmanship. They were polite, friendly, professional and respected my home. There was an initial blip on day 1 with the measurements for my bay window which was replaced without hestitation. Disappointed that there was no formal communication or apology from the office regarding the error that was made on this casement which extended the fit by almost another day. Just a suggestion that a surveyor should conduct a site inspection at the end of a fit and not just put the onus on the customers to complete a technical survey tick sheet at the end of the fitting. Overall a great team. I'm pleased with my new windows.
