During their sales pitch, they showed me data that indicated they'd only had one losing month in two years. I paid $19,900 to sign up and after the first 6 months I was down 35%. I asked for my money back, but because I was "outside the window", they wouldn't return my fee. It has been over a year now and my account manager suggested I try a different bot. That one took two trades in almost three months and my money sat. I'd go days waiting for a response as to why. My last message was returned with a response saying that he was not with the company. The performance has been abysmal. Not sure how you can take someone's money and then fail to perform at literally every level and then refuse a refund.

They can never be trusted. The results have seen in results months have been terrible which have made me lose a lot of money. This isn't what they promised when I bought their software.

They promised big monthly returns and pressured me to invest assuring me I'd make my money back quickly. But once they got my payment everything slowed down setting up my account, answering emails, everything. They really don't know how to manage trades. Watching them try to correct bad algorithmic trades with a few manual trades is painful. They are often in the position of simply trying to find margin ratio parity (1:1), and just waiting it out. I lost a fair bit with them and when i tried to get my refund they gave me the runaround. What a disappointing experience, I've been a client for some time and took a break from trading, when I came back everything had changed, withdrawals getting canceled for no reason and now the same withdrawal declined for no reason, account verified and nothing has changed from all the transactions I've previously made bit not this time, $90500 withdrawal getting declined and rejected for no good reason

Then they just post a telegram which you can't respond to that they are working on it. The monthly fees are kind of high as well, so it does pretty well but it's a roller coaster with them, so I did make money and am not totally upset with them. I just have no confidence in them after no one will get back to me and they were down for 9 days with zero communicaiton.

They use Martingale strategy. Works until it does not. If a currency pair trades in one direction for a prolonged period of time, you could lose your account.

The sales rep was high-pressure and assured me I wouldn't be disappointed and that I would get my purchase of $19,900 back in a matter of a few months. I was pressured to invest $50,000. I only had $15,000 after paying the $19,900. Once I sent my payment and $15,000 investment money, they delayed in setting up my investment account, my emails were slow to get answered, and now no response. I have $3,000 left in my investment account. They also charge a monthly fee that eats up any profits. (Which I have had very few). I was told that 850 trades would have to go bad for me to lose my principal. Little support when I started, and none now. Their advertisements are lies. I am 74, retired, and hope to gain some money to live off of. Instead, I have lost income. I plan on meeting with a fraud attorney to see about a lawsuit. They care nothing about their clients! My experience with Eminence Pro was really stressful. Things looked fine at first, but I eventually lost all my funds to them. It took patience and a lot of back and forth, but I managed to get everything back once my case was properly investigated.

Just be cautious, read other feedback, and check official information before investing. I was able to get back all I lost by following the right process, others in a similar spot might find that helpful too.

I have been using eminence pro for a bit now. Everything started out smooth, quick setup, decent interface but once issues came up, the response times stretched longer than expected.
