Gorgeous products
Love these products and especially the mystery boxes. The items you get smell amazing, are the best quality and it's always clear what you might or not get. I've aways been very happy with my purchases and the business owner is so lovely to deal with, keeps you updated as and when required. Long may the mystery continue 😁

Bought a mystery box and received just…
Bought a mystery box and received just 2 items. Felt extremely disappointed. Not good value at all. Contacted the owner but no joy at all. Won't be buying from them again sadly. Seller did nothing to even try to rectify this. I would have liked to return but wasn't even given that option. The seller was completely unhelpful. UPDATE This reply and attitude towards her paying customers speaks volumes. I have never in all my 57 years had to deal with such a rude seller. I buy most of my products online and this has never happened to me. This type of attitude is completely unwarranted. All I did was email to explain my disappointment as no whipped soap was in the box and explained that I purchased after watching a you tube video showing a mystery box. Yes I was disappointed with the products. Yes I was expecting a whipped soap. No I wasn't offered a refund. Yes I did receive an email back stating that the products I received were worth over £10. It would have been good customer service to offer a refund or a swap of products equal to the amount spent. Such a shame I keep getting slated for being honest. I just hope you treat your other customers better than you have treated me.

This buyer bought a £10 mystery box. Stated as much in email responses but sadly this customer was having none of it as seen youtubers post incorrect videos or videos stating was a doubled up box. This is not the error on ourselves and the boxes are clearly labelled on our website. Sadly for £10, you won't get too much from this as rrp prices aren't ridiculously low to warrant a cost as this particular buyer wanted (in excess of £20+). Nothing wrong with the items recieved by the buyer nor packaging. Just upset by their own incorrect presumptions. Again, this is not on ourselves sadly and we could do nothing to rectify. Please also note this customer never even asked for a return as per her edited review. So long as none of the items were opened and returned in the original packaging, this would have been fulfilled. Its a shame Trustpilot do not allow us to forward copies of the email sent (of which this customer sent a single one stating her disappointment in receiving a body butter and bubble bath which exceeds the £15 value alone in her £10 mystery box) plus the response we gave apologising if she felt misled by YouTubers who purchased doubled up boxes on promotional deals and whom aren't even affiliated with our company. This reviewer sadly wants masses for her £10 mystery box and unless we threw in cheaper products like facemasks, lip glosses, etc, then maybe this would have appeased this particular customer, but alas, a £10 mystery box is going to be just that. A mystery with randomised products to a set value and amount unless on a promotional deal.
Edit to reply to customer: I have not been rude nor impolite but stated reasons why you were unsatisfied and also how we dealt with yourself as the customer. You have edited your review numerous times to condemn the company. Again, we would have offered a refund and return if you had requested in your only email but sadly you didn't and I believe you are more upset with the youtuber video and feeling misled by them over ourselves and the products. Please accept our apologies for this even though they are not associated with ourselves and have a lovely day.
First subscription box…
Received my first subscription box (twisted range) and I am so impressed with the quality of the items and the presentation. It was exceptionally well packaged and everything looked beautiful. The labels are fantastically designed, the theme was well put together and all the items smell divine. My favourite item in the box was the body lotion, it left my skin feeling lovely and smooth with a lasting fragrance.
Highly recommend trying this subscription if you love bath and body products and especially if you love the darker things as you can choose the twisted spookier option if that's your vibe!

Enchant and soap £20 mystery box
Only purchased from Enchant and Soap, a handful of times and I'm uncertain whether I'll purchase again.
Starting on the positive side, the products I received are well made and well packaged. I cannot fault them.
The downside is they took a long time to be delivered. The owner gave no updates on the delay.
I contacted them and they explained that they were ill, so totally understandable. When my products finally arrived, the £20 mystery box that is normally jammed with about 7 or 8 products contained 4! Not sure if anyone else has had the same experience?
When I contacted the seller about this, I was informed about 'doubled up mystery boxes', not sure what these are but didn't see any explanation on the website about receiving less products or more in other orders. Anyways maybe there was an explanation I missed somewhere?
The seller is really sweet and I like supporting independent businesses, I just felt disappointed that I got a tons of items previously and then half that amount for the same price point this time around.

As explained on the email sent, doubled up mystery boxes are promotions that are always advertised on social media and unfortunately your first order was one of these. Illness was mentioned on social media and apologies about delays but I was flat on my back with covid and unable to sit up. Furthermore I cannot do doubled up permanently as a small business as they are then wholesale prices. I'm sorry you feel disappointed and dissatisfied however it was on the website that mystery boxes contained value up to a set amount (£10 being up to £15 and £20 being up to £30). It is not the error on our part that you had not seen the posts on social media or email about doubled up mystery box promotions. This sadly was not running at time of your second order hence the difference. If you wish for wholesale prices, then sadly our business is not for you as we do these for special occasions for ourself or due to too much stock we have. Putting how many items would be counter intuitive as could get lip gloss, facemask, soap sponge which retail would all fall under £10. You did not recieve these in your mystery box and got higher valued items. If memory serves, this actually exceeded the £30 top end pricing. We have now removed the mystery boxes as had same from others not watching youtubers videos throughout when state they are doubled up value promotion boxes and not running often. Check the normal rrp prices on the website against what you paid and you can be certain you got your moneys worth against the retail cost. I do believe this review is unfair especially as only placed 2 orders. Your first being during a promotion so you got more for your money, the second not being so no message would display informing of there not being a promotion on these boxes. You were very lucky with your first order. Sadly not so much with second order.

These products smell absolutely divine
These products smell absolutely divine. The Black Grape whipped soap is now a firm favourite in this house and its great for shaving your legs, no more nicks even when using lower quality razors.
