Construction NVQ’s
Our NVQ CoursesWe offer Construction NVQ’s starting from Level 3 – Level 7. Our fast-track service enables experienced workers to complete their NVQ in as little as 2 – 4 weeks. Once you have achieved your qualification, you can then apply for your CSCS Black Card and MCIOB membership.

The Company was launched in 2016 after the founder Paul Judge spent several years researching all aspects of the delivery of NVQ’s within the Construction Industry. With the help of industry expert Paul Kent, our founder created Endeavor Training with the aim to be the No1 Training provider of Management NVQ’s and other Construction qualifications in the UK. Most importantly, we pride ourselves on our customer focus and are building a fantastic reputation on LinkedIn and other platforms for quality and service that is the envy of our competitors. Assessor had good subject matter knowledge required for L7 NVQ work. His delivery was very good. Paul J and Paul K, are very helpful on the SPR MCIOB content review. Great set-up.

Excellent services
From start to finish, my experience with Endeavour Training and Assessment UK Limited was excellent. The team were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth, engaging and genuinely enjoyable.
What stood out most was how well-structured and industry-relevant the training was, every element was practical, up-to-date, and directly aligned with real-world requirements. The trainers were approachable and clearly experienced, offering not just theoretical instruction but also real-life insights and guidance.
The communication before, during and after the course was outstanding. They were quick to respond, supportive with documentation and made sure every participant was comfortable and well-informed.
It’s clear that Endeavour takes pride in delivering quality training with integrity and a strong learner-focused approach. I highly recommend them to anyone needing professional training or assessments, particularly in construction and compliance-based roles.
